I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha and it felt very light compared to my other ones I get. I opened up lid and not even full. Expensive $5.80 for this and wasnāt full.

I ordered a venti, I got the smallest size, I asked for extra chocolate drizzle, there's no drizzle at all. When I told the short old lady that it's wrong, she looked at her coworker and asked HER what I ORDERED. That woman shouldve retired years ago, I don't know why she still has a job at all
