I ordered food from this location in OREGON last night! My significant other now has food poisoning! We ate dinner at 9pm and he started vomiting at 3am this morning and has been up ever since! The doctor even said it was food poisoning! I will never EVER be coming here again! I will never stray from Penn Station again because I have never ever gotten food poisoning from their subs! It takes 1-6 hours for food poisoning to set in, do the math! And NO our subs were NOT THE SAME! You deserve no stars at all but Google wouldn’t let me do that! If you can’t be clean in your work environment and follow protocol maybe you SHOULD NOT WORK WITH FOOD! YOU ARE ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF EVERYONE! EVEN THE CHILDREN AND ELDERLY WHO EAT THERE! You guys are such a “popular” place, well known, been around for years. SO KEEP THE STANDARDS HIGH! YOU WORK WITH FOOD! May 17, 2025.

My experience at this place is very bad because its employees yesterday and today have discriminated against me because my level of English is not good and I am not going to let anyone discriminate against me because I am a person who comes to buy, not to ask and just because I arrived with some coupons that arrived at my house they. They start laughing then the truth is I do not know why they have people like that serving the public since all people are equal I will return and it happens again and I will call the police and I will file a complaint for discrimination because I have my permit to work in this country and I am legal. Today, April 6, 2025, I arrived at the Metro store on Navarre Avenue and number 31 and the employees told me that they couldn't serve me because of what happened the other day. I feel discriminated against because of what those employees said. It seems disrespectful to me. The management of this restaurant chain should do something. Look at the score this store has for the poor service from its employees. Homophobic discriminators. I don't know what else to tell you.

Horrible !!!almost had physical altercation with a young guy employee being rude raising his voice and cursing at at me.. clearly he doesn't like his job! Thank God for Jesus ! because this wouldn't have ended well

The staff he was soo rude. I came in for my lunch break and the lady that was “helping me “ was rushing me to get to the next person. The lettuce and tomatoes looked bad, I couldn’t really put anything on it. Never coming here again.

The service, as with everywhere had just went downhill. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed. Our family came in around an hour before closing (had a late game for the kids) we just wanted to grab some food and go home. The staff (2 workers) waited forever to even take our order and they had an attitude the entire time. I am normally a very friendly person and talk and joke with anyone. I will probably not be back. I used to come to this subway monthly (I don't eat out much) but the woman that used to be there must no longer work there, because she was the best. It's unfortunate that 100 good experiences can be ruined by just 1 bad experience when it comes to businesses.

The Subway restaurant was decent, and the service was fast. The store was clean, and it was my first time seeing a Subway with a drive-through. However, I didn't find the employees to be the friendliest. Since I was in a rush, I excused the lack of feeling welcomed by any worker in any sense.

Ordered on line the workers there didn't pay attention to the order my sub was not what I ordered. Will not go there again, this is not the first time they messed up my order. And how much I spent per person should not matter. There should be people there who care about the ratings and how people feel about the quality of the sandwich.

Came in for a quick lunch turkey sandwich, the veggies were all fresh, the place was kept organized and clean, the service was very quick, could use a little updating.
