i ordered via ubereats tonight prior to ordering wingstop, i ordered from another chicken resturant where they absolutely butchered my order. with high hopes, i ordered from this location. the food was great, it arrived hot & fresh but they forgot my sauces. my ranch, the most important item that i even ordered extra of. everything else checks out but please make sure every order is bagged correctly. i was bummed i didn't have my sauces. yes, it's that serious about wingstop ranch.

Great service. I always come here when I come home. This place has the best tasting wings out of all the places we travel. I don't like KC location or Hagerstown location and definitely hate Ames IA they service old food. I just don't get the same great taste as Oregon OH.

Went to the navarre location for dinner around 530pm. First there was a 20 minute wait for wings, ok i get it. A lot of to go orders... 2nd, the cashier was super rude and we saw her roll her eyes after she told another customer to have a nice day. 3rd 40 bucks we spent for dinky over cooked wings... not to mention our order sat on the pick up rack for a good 10 minutes before they realized it was ours... terrible. Wont be back.

The food is always good, but the attitude of the workers is bad. My family doesn't order from here often at all, but the couple times we have, whoever answers the phone is distracted, irritated, and snappy. They can never hear anything you say, and we even had one person listening to music in one ear while answering phones in the other and getting angry because they couldn't understand customer orders. At least the food turns out fine, despite long wait times.
