Watermelon and Ribs is an amazing Combo. I highly suggest getting both. The workers were really quick and patient with ordering. Putting yourself at ease after waiting a while in line. Sauces were very good too.
I have eaten them at past events,this year I went “Crall daddy sunsae” cornbread pulled pork beans and nacho cheese, it was vibrant and flavorful in all the right ways,I would order it again . So that says it was better than good, generous portion size you get your moneys worth. Great vendor who puts on a good meal .from trying everything the chicken was a touch over cooked (we also got a couple of 4 meat platters .wasnt disappointed except by chicken .
Just had some of their ribs at the Akron, Rib, White, and Blue Festival. The ribs were falling off the bone and tasty. They have four sauces to choose from and I tried their original sauce only. It was not too sweet and tangy. The cowboy beans were also good. My only complaint was the cornbread was just a touch dry. Wash it all down with a beer and you have an almost perfect meal.
