Went this morning to get myself and some coworkers breakfast they forgot iced strawberry lemon loaf that was paid for while rushing never got it. But were very friendly

The person who was attending the drive thru through our card on the floor and did not even apologize and she refused to put wip cream on our drink when we asked nicely and offered to pay she didn't even give us our food that we ordered super bad service super rude

Dunkin has really gone downhill. The latte I ordered tasted like a combo of burnt gas station coffee and artificial creamer. what’s worse is the sour cream donut I got was gummy and tasted like a vat of chemicals. Really gross stuff, threw both out. The only redemption for the place is that it was pretty clean.
I've only been here a few times, but every time I come here there's usually like at least six or seven people working, but it's very slow to get orders. Today they got the order wrong. Seemed a little huffy when I brought it to their attention but they did fix it.

First time getting breakfast sandwiches, hash browns n donuts. Manager lady was nice who took order, my bacon egg croissant wasn't flavorful n has browns on the mushy side .customer service wasn't good as our order sat on counter til Manager lady told us it was ready, multiple employees but they were all focused on drive thru

Horrible customer service, employee made me feel like an idiot because he couldn’t explain how something was made, then my drink was made incorrectly, and then I asked for a remake to be denied. Will never go there again.
