Dunkin has really gone downhill. The latte I ordered tasted like a combo of burnt gas station coffee and artificial creamer. whatâs worse is the sour cream donut I got was gummy and tasted like a vat of chemicals. Really gross stuff, threw both out. The only redemption for the place is that it was pretty clean.

I've only been here a few times, but every time I come here there's usually like at least six or seven people working, but it's very slow to get orders. Today they got the order wrong. Seemed a little huffy when I brought it to their attention but they did fix it.

First time getting breakfast sandwiches, hash browns n donuts. Manager lady was nice who took order, my bacon egg croissant wasn't flavorful n has browns on the mushy side .customer service wasn't good as our order sat on counter til Manager lady told us it was ready, multiple employees but they were all focused on drive thru
Horrible customer service, employee made me feel like an idiot because he couldnât explain how something was made, then my drink was made incorrectly, and then I asked for a remake to be denied. Will never go there again.

I donât like to leave bad reviews places :( but I come to this Dunkin literally all the time.. as Iâm at the window a girl working goes âyou normally get French vanilla rightâ and I said yes! (Thinking it was nice she remembered) she proceeds to get super rude and says âI asked you to look at the screen to make sure your order is right but you didnât so.â Then storms off⊠I literally thought she was kidding at first lol. No need at all to be rude I had just rolled up my window and didnât hear her after ordering.. so odd. Anyway thatâs my last time coming there, Iâve worked plenty of service jobs and never felt the need to snap at customers that were not being rude or picky whatsoever.

They were absolutely awesome people. I got there pretty early because I have to drop my fiance off to work before I go in so we we're there exactly at 5. They didn't care or give any type of attitude they just made out order with a big smile on their faces. Not to mention I had 4 dozen of donuts and another order of sandwiches and they were very quick with it and got me out within minutes.

I'm not a coffee drinker at all, so I can't comment, but their doughnuts are great! I'm more impressed by their breakfast sandwiches. I wasn't expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised by their size and quality.
