I don’t like to leave bad reviews places :( but I come to this Dunkin literally all the time.. as I’m at the window a girl working goes “you normally get French vanilla right” and I said yes! (Thinking it was nice she remembered) she proceeds to get super rude and says “I asked you to look at the screen to make sure your order is right but you didn’t so.” Then storms off… I literally thought she was kidding at first lol. No need at all to be rude I had just rolled up my window and didn’t hear her after ordering.. so odd. Anyway that’s my last time coming there, I’ve worked plenty of service jobs and never felt the need to snap at customers that were not being rude or picky whatsoever.

They were absolutely awesome people. I got there pretty early because I have to drop my fiance off to work before I go in so we we're there exactly at 5. They didn't care or give any type of attitude they just made out order with a big smile on their faces. Not to mention I had 4 dozen of donuts and another order of sandwiches and they were very quick with it and got me out within minutes.

I'm not a coffee drinker at all, so I can't comment, but their doughnuts are great! I'm more impressed by their breakfast sandwiches. I wasn't expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised by their size and quality.

They refused to make my drink how I ordered it! Even told me to go elsewhere!

Being charged $1 extra to have ice removed from your drink is absurd. Warned them at ordering I know the drink won't be full and that's fine but yet charged $1. Called district manager and he claims its corporate policy that is strictly enforced to protect the quality of their recipe. For $1 they will compromise the recipe though. When asked how I can resolve this so my kid that had sensory issues with ice can enjoy their drink he quickly got defensive and stated trying to end the call. He was upset I filled out the survey to reflect negatively on his staff, but he has no issue discriminating against people. I'm not trying to get anything for free, I always acknowledge it shouldn't be a full drink, just no ice. He suggested I call corporate I asked for the number he said I already had it. Thanks for nothing sir. Wadsworth and Medina can have my money since you countered my argument that included Wooster that it was one of your stores and you would take action to make sure they are following your policy. Thanks a lot Mr. Area director.
The last coffees (4 large, iced) I received tasted like tea. Straight up tea. How do you make that mistake?!? They were NOT good. ***EDIT***They remade them, and they were excellent!

Super nice staff! I love that they have all the iced coffee on tap. It's so cool. Felt like I was getting a nitro decaf, not just an iced decaf. The drive thru line was a bit long so I went inside and no one was in there! I was in and out.

Much prefer to make the drive to orrville dunkin rather than wooster. they are more friendly, quicker, and the customer service and overall experience is way better.
