Cool place but their prices are high. Definitely worth checking out though and buy some stuff anyway, I did. Go to Lehman's which is nearby too.
A fantastic experience. The perfect place to pick up your favorite Smucker products and get a glimpse into their journey as a company.

Don't go out of your way to go here. The cafe was still closed down since covid, and wasn't really a cafe anyway. There was a lot of merchandise but not much with the Smuckers logo. They had Folgers , uncrustables, Hostess etc.....which was not what we wanted.
A lot of items to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff.
Prices are higher than grocery stores every day prices..... nice atmosphere and helpful staff....

Cute place, but only takes 15-30 minutes at most. Very few staff, overpriced merch (I’m talking more overpriced than Disney), and a single room with a timeline of Smuckers history. Fun to see all the products and history, but they could do so much more with it.
For all your Smuckers needs. Prices are reasonable, and they do have specials. Some items, it can be the only place to get them. The staff are always polite and helpful.
