I often will get an iced coffee from them. They're always Pleasant, and are willing to fix mistakes fast I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this specific McDonald's
Went in around 8;00 and ordered $5.00 double cheeseburger _ff chicken nuggets drink,nuggets was cold dried out cheeseburger dry ff cold dried out!
I ordered a LARGE strawberry banana smoothie: got it in a medium cup plus it wasn’t filled. That’s stupid. They know better than that, was it that hard to fill quarter of the cup more?

Usually the Orrville McDonald's is great but not today. The service was slow and the bun for my sandwich was burned
The coke was fantastic along with the service. The bread could have been fresher on my quarter pounder deluxe.
Pretty sure it's been almost a year and a half and I still haven't been able to buy milkshake it's always the milkshake machine is not working

Never the correct food, as if they just grab whatever is at the end of the line and shove it in a bag carelessly.
Pretty sad some of these folks are on payroll.

I drove up to the drive through and the worker was standing outside an got an attitude with me because I was there. Rudest experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

Locked outside, burnt awful nuggets. This location is usually good but the D team was running it tonight
UPDATE: After my initial disappointing experience, I was contacted by Ashley K., a Customer Service Specialist from TomTreyco McDonald's, who addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. They apologized for the incident, assured me my feedback was documented, and informed me that the general and district managers have been notified.
While the experience that night was frustrating—being locked outside and served burnt nuggets—I appreciate the effort taken to resolve the issue and their commitment to improving. This location is usually good, and I hope this was just an off night for the team. Thank you, Ashley, for taking the time to follow up.
