Service ok, food, no no no. I should have known when the parking lot was empty at 6 o'clock on a Friday night. Worst steak ever.. charred, dehydrated, stinky. Yes smelled like Body Odor. Ugh! Not good....

The Prime ribeye was cooked to perfection and the service was great! There is a “Everybody knows your name” vibe and the couple managing the restaurant are very friendly! The bartender is mighty fine with that flirtatious smile as well!

The food was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so friendly. Our server was very attentive and spot on. Our glasses were always filled. I would recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

Our server was very sweet. My sausage rigatoni was delicious. The veggies had just the right amount of crispness. Pricing is reasonable. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

My husband and I went and dined here for the first time last night and I have to say I am very impressed with the food and the staff. Extremely generous portions and very helpful and sweet staff, the owner was extremely nice as well , 10 out of 10 would recommend! ?

Been there many times and the staff, food and cocktails do not disappoint. The shrimp Alfredo, Chef Juneos wings, chicken Tenders, filet, mac and cheese, Asparagus carbonara, potato bombs and even the Mozzarella sticks are all amazing. Casual dining, well seasoned food, and amazing staff (talking to you Latia) make every experience worth coming back for!

I think this has potential once they build a reputation. Food needs consistency my chicken was over done and my husband's barely done. Flavor was good. A bit pricey but steak houses are. The staff is great. Orrville needs this place because the food here is a bit tiring. There has to be something besides fried chicken, Swiss steak and hamburgers, oh and pizza. Support the new place.
Our first time there, and it won't be our last. The food was amazing with wonderfully delicious potato bombs. Letia was our waitress and did an amazing job at making us feel relaxed and comfortable during our meal. I highly recommend Scratch on Orrville to everyone.

Went there tonight for burger night, ordered pretzel bites, chopped up soft pretzel and the cheese sauce was nacho cheese thinned with beer. Ordered the black and blue medium rare with extra Cajun spice tomato, onion, and pickleWhat I got was a children’s sized patty over cooked no blackening spice and a glob of unmelted blue cheese, oh and no veggies with it. My girl got burger by the sea and let me say it was just as bad. Also who charges $5.50 for a 16 oz draft Ultra? My ice tea tasted like it came from last years brew. I’ve gotten better bigger from a hole in the wall bar for half the price. $45 without tip. Won’t be going back.Ps $ 140 for a 2 3/4 pound Tomahawk Steak is ridiculous

I had a hamburger and it was very good just wish they would have given me a few more onion rings. The prices on the steaks were too high so my husband had a chicken sandwich, he said it was a little dry. The waitres we had was amazing!!
