Set in a town that has two amazing companies Smuckers and Smiths Dairy. The remodeling of alot of the older buildings is looking amazing. This coffee shop has a comfortable and open feeling to it. I got a Peru coffee with a French press. It was absolutely perfect. The giant live edge table in the center of the room was perfect center piece. I highly suggest going here. The girl who helped me was simply the nicest and most helpful. You really must take the time and stop here. Their roast on my coffee was spot on. If you like in this town you need to go here often. If your driving through make an effort to go here. Just go it is worth the time.

I called right when they opened so I could order Cretzles for a work event. They were ready by the time I got there, great service, and the lady I talked to was so helpful!

This place is sooo good! My iced maple latte was perfectly made and the perfect amount of sweetness. We also tried their Cretzels, chocolate and cinnamon. They were absolutely delicious! I will definitely stop by again when in the area. Oh and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient!

Great coffee shop! We were in for softball so I try to hit the local shops when we are out. The atmosphere was great and very friendly staff. My cinnamon cretzel was great (also a hit with the 1yr old!) and my latte was perfect.

This is my first visit, but it won't be my last! I had a dark roast pour over in the cutest, hand crafted mug, as well as a cinnamon creztel.
The coffee was superb. I really enjoyed the depth of the flavor and truly appreciated the mug (seriously, where can I get one for myself?)
The cretzel wasn't my favorite, but I will not hold that against anyone. It was a tad too chewy for my liking, but being pretzel adjacent, I should have guessed it would be. The flavor was otherwise fantastic and it was the perfect size.
I will definitely be back, and hopefully soon!

Sure House Coffee Roasting Co. is a must-visit! The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, happy to answer all my questions. Combine that with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and you've got the perfect spot to enjoy some truly delicious coffee. Highly recommend!

What a sweet little gem this coffee shop is! It’s peaceful, cozy and quaint inside. I really enjoy all of the plants as well. Bravo to your plant person. Definitely a great little stop if you’re looking for a cozy spot for a coffee or pastry.

Coffee is always delicious! Cretzels are a bit hit or miss. When they’re good they’re very good. Unfortunately the most recent visit the inside was undercooked dough. Service is fantastic.

Our finest coffee shop in Orrville and Wooster. They make all their syrups homemade and have delicious seasonal flavors. They specialize in a rotating flavors of cretzels and scones. I have never been disappointed with my drink and choice of baked treats. They also have a gluten free cookie, today they had Gingerbread cookies which were perfectly cooked soft and chewy in the middle and the edges were crunchy. Highly recommended a stop by at either or both locations!

My closer to home favorite coffee shop! We frequent often, highly recommend. The iced brown sugar latte is my go to. They are always friendly here and just have the best attitudes.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free scones! Wish they had the strawberry rose all the time, that one is so good. Blueberry is also really good :)
