Never fails. Everything I order from here, no matter the time or day, my order is always incorrect. However, getting the order corrected is not a problem and they are usually good about correcting the issue.

Tired of all our food being crammed into one bag!! Everything is smashed. Drinks are handed to us covered in soda from spilling over nobody offers to clean them up they just hand them to us. Ask for napkins and they get shoved in our hands and employee says HERE! VERY RUDE! Always missing items in our order. Had to drive back to the restaurant each time we order to get our families entire meal. Customer service is terrible!

Ordered the steak nacho fries. Never ordering this again. I guess 5 bucks doesn't get you more than 6 fries, 3 steak pieces, and a cup of cheese.

Went through the drive thru and the woman taking the order was told 3 times that I wanted beef not chicken the screen was still wrong so I pulled forward and asked what she had for my order she said chicken and I told her that I wanted it to be beef 3 times and she starts screaming at me telling me that the speaker is broke… like how is that my problem? then telling me to lose my attitude.. I think you should lose your job! I had no attitude and that speaker ain’t my problem… you were definitely high off of something maybe you need to get a random done? Get rid of her! And start hiring people that can actually work without be fried out there minds…

If you order a taco then it would be good to be a taco than a taco salad cause the tacos are crushed. Would be nice to see this place go full automated. Your staff has no pride in their work or job. And I got extra chicken on my quessadilla and it was normal. Where did the extra go. Hmmmm, they suck

I order 2 tacos and of course rounded off bc they never give it a rest but then get to wok and see I have 1 taco yet again!! Paid 6 bucks for one lousy taco! Great bunch of workers NOT!!!! Done so tired of bad fast food !!

Ordered a Mexican pizza and big beef burrito supreme no sour cream they had to remake burrito but it had nothing but rice and cheese in it .the Mexican pizza did not have extra meat or onions as ordered will not return to that location
My order was wrong. I ordered 12 tacos without lettuce and they all had lettuce on them.
