Your disrespect made you loose a customer!!!!!

We ordered a couple days ago for pickip. I thought I would be nice and calm down. I'm a paying customer who deserves respect. Without me and others you would be closed. I don't appreciate the big shot manager mouth. I will not be coming back to the orwell capps. If you continue to be disrespectful you will loose more customers.

look. the food is fine. absurdly over priced tho! $8.99 for this miniscule piece of cheesecake is ridiculous. I get the cost of everything is going up, but let's be real here. the food is honestly good, it's just way too expensive.

Still waiting but found something better

It's been 5 days since we ordered from Capps. We are still waiting for our food. We got no phone calls on why. We ended up ordering somewhere else. The pizza at that place was amazing. We now have a new place to eat.

Keep your doors locked. Capps drivers in Orwell think it's ok to let themselves into your house if you don't answer door in a second. We won't order from them again. My disabled son was scared. He's been having bad dreams and waking up say pizza person is going to hurt him.

My friend and I ordered from Capps in Orwell and waited almost 2 hrs for our food. It was cold and awful. No reason on why or any phone calls to let us know it would be so long. We both got sick from the food.

I'm writing for my kid. She was having friends over for her birthday. We ordered delivery and food was terrible. None of the kids liked it. It upset my kid since it was her first birthday party with friends.

Was at my family members house and we ordered delivery. I was in bathroom and came out delivery driver was in house. The driver said since nobody answered when they knocked they tried handle and saw door wasn't locked and let themselves in. My family member is deaf and I was in bathroom that doesn't give you a right to let your self into someone's house. They could of waited or rang doorbell. I was only combing my hair. My family member was so scared they asked me to take them to my house and they now don't want to leave (it's been a week) Definitely unprofessional. Won't order from them again. We should of called police and had them arrested. They are lucky someone didn't think there house was being broken into and fired their gun at them or got attacked by a dog. I see someone else has said a delivery driver was in the house.

Won't stand back and listen anymore

I first want to say to the teens working here, you guys are so polite. I also see how hard you all try. I'm sorry but I can no longer listen to your bosses being rude and disrespectful to you. I tried talking to them about how good you all are but I continue to hear them treating you bad. I can't continue to hear this. If I stay and listen I'm as bad as them. I wish all you teens the best of luck. You teens deserve the best.

Called from 5 phones before we got through and not hung up on. When we then got through and placed order they said it will be around 40 to 45 minutes for delivery. The delivery took an an HR and 52 minutes.

A person who wants to know what is going on

What is going on with this place? We've been coming here since they opened. We will no longer. The food has gone downhill. The wait is over an hr. The worst part you try talking to the managers and they get shotty rude. We aren't like that to them. If they want to be that way instead of being nice then they lost us and probably more people eating here. Learn to be nice or you loose customers.
