Everything about this establishment is unacceptable. A twenty minute wait in the drive thru to move up 1 vehicle is absurd. Does this establishment even have a management? Completely dark out and evey out side light including the menu was turned off. Thats not only rude but a safety hazard. I'm contacting corporate because I know this review wont do much of anything.

The food was AMAZING and I normally can't stand Dairy Queen's food. đ« I ordered the Barbecue Bacon Ranch double cheeseburger combo and a small Oreo Blizzard. Everything was on point. Maybe it's just this particular one in Orwell, OH. that has better food... I dont know

I went through the drive-thru recently, and I have to say the service was unacceptable. A blonde male employee was yelling at his co-workers in front of customers, including myself. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and left a very negative impression.
As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I understand that things can get stressful, but I would never raise my voice at co-workers in front of customers. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I expected better professionalism, and I hope this issue is addressed.

I order chicken strips with gravy. I eat this at several other day in area. The gravy is very watered down and tasteless here. I had gone inside to see if I could wash my hands, but no facilities were seen. I did peak behind counter and was appalled by the filth I saw on the floors. No, we been busy and need to sweep. Built up filth from not being cleaned.

I visited a couple of days ago, and the experience was exceptional. The food was delicious and fresh. The Flamethrower burger was great, but I can handle sauces even hotter đ„.
Everyone working that day seemed enthusiastic and friendly, and I even had my order taken by the owner of the restaurant. I highly recommend checking out this location!

Not only can they not be bothered to make a banana split Blizzard (was told theyâre too much trouble to make, even though every other DQ in the United States happily makes them), but nothing says we donât customers bothering us quite like your burger toppings and a dab of mayo on TOP of your bun.

i got 5 4pc chicken strip baskets 48$ was the total and this is what we ended up with they didnât have toast so we had to get âextra friesâ does this look like extra fries?

Sat over 5 minutes in the drive-thru line without even being talked to. 10 minutes later I was able to get a Reese's Blizzard. Was basically just vanilla ice cream even though I paid for extra toppings. Went back and asked for more reese's and received one crushed up peanut butter cup in a condiment container and them looking at me like I should be grateful for their generosity. It's also pronounced Reese's not Reesees. I don't understand why no one here knows how to pronounce that.

Very poorly operating store. Team members are Drama oriented and rude. Unprofessional dressed (exotic nails n un-kept personal hygiene. Line cooks were taking bites of food from what they were preparing for costumers. (Bacon bites)

Hi. Hate making bad reviews but there has become a trend. Every time I order from this location (Orwell) there is with out a doubt something wrong with my order. Today it was no tomatoes on my sandwich. And no ranch that i specifically asked for. And it happens EVERYTIME. Iâve gotten to the point where Iâd just rather not go there. To the employees that constantly give attitude to getting my orders wrong itâs just not worth it anymore.

Only drive-thru option in Orwell, with the tiniest parking lot and dining room..It's good, but all Dairy Queens are overpriced ice cream. This location also does not allow you to use gift cards in the app, which is annoying.
