I called multiple times Saturday there was no answer and the app said this store was not accepting online orders and to call the location. Check again today (Wednesday) to place an order same thing guessing they’re either permanently closed or don’t want anyone’s business.

Was placing order for 3 pan pizzas, 50% off online for store pick up. Total was $66. Wow I thought. On line to another outside my area south. Same 3 pan pizzas, $47.62. Confused on the price difference. On line to Chardon, price for the same 3 pan pizzas was $33 n some change. Without the 50% I would be asked to pay $132 for 3 pan pizzas in my area. Seems a little steep.

Disappointed with the service and quality. Ordered pizzas and they ran out of one of the toppings—but instead of calling to ask what we’d like instead, they just left it off. The other topping we did get was barely there. To top it off, when we asked for parmesan packets, we were met with an attitude. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again -- riddled with issues and poor management.
Ordered an online delivery to be delivered at 12pm. I ordered at 10am. I checked the tracker at 1145 to see if the order had been made and saw it was cancelled. I called the store and apparently they don't have drivers until 4 on Fridays. There was no phone call from the store. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Why does the website say they can deliver if they aren't able to?

I LOVE Dominoes and the staff here but the delivery is so slow it's not good. Ive been eating Domino's since the 70's in Ann Arbor- big difference. ORDER CARRYOUT youll love it!

I ordered a pizza and brownies to be delivered to the school for a teacher . It did not arrive. No one answered when I called . No updates online . I’m very disappointed. I have to drive to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks / Not ……

This place has become awful. The food is overpriced, the services is a disgrace, slow and usually incorrect. We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and 1hour and 15 min later had to call the store to find out thr pizzas were sitting on the warmer and not out for delivery. The pizzas were dried out and also prepared incorrectly. I had to request for my delivery charge to be returned. So not only were they slow, created the pizzas incorrectly they also fail to make any reparations without being requested for correction.
