Clean employees are friendly and food is made fresh it was not hot though store clean inside and out reasonable price handicap parking and offering curbside delivery need to serve hot food not warm

This Mr.Hero is my family's favorite go to for take out dinner, especially after our kids sporting events. The employees are extremely kind, the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Food always cooked perfect and we never have to wait long!
There menu wasn't complete there was only 8-16.when I asked for what else was on the menu he diden't know. The cook rudely said in a low tone "why not order online". Because I am here having a experience. The employee in the picture took a order and walked away for 5 minutes I sat down and he took the next customer as soon as they walked in.I give it two stars due to the lack of menu (who knows why) and employees actions. and the amount of time it took to get the food (I was the last) out of three. Probably won't dine here again

The food wasn’t bad but they messed up our order and when we went back to get our food the lady threw our sandwich in the bag and said I guess I’ll pay for this. Well if you wouldn’t have messed up our order then you wouldn’t of had to fix the problem this isn’t the first time this has happened at the Orwell mr hero
