They used to have really fresh yummy tasting food. The past 2 times I’ve gotten it ,my food was not hot and the cheesesteak was hard in my sandwich. I know they don’t make sandwiches ahead of time so I don’t know how this is possible I ordered and picked it up within 15 minutes. I won’t try this again for a long, long time.

The service was nice food was horrible I asked for bread extra toasted light lettuce they made sandwich standard as if I never asked for mods then on top of that the meat on the sandwich was not done it was cold wasted $15 for lunch here never going
This Mr.Hero is my family's favorite go to for take out dinner, especially after our kids sporting events. The employees are extremely kind, the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Food always cooked perfect and we never have to wait long!
