The service was nice food was horrible I asked for bread extra toasted light lettuce they made sandwich standard as if I never asked for mods then on top of that the meat on the sandwich was not done it was cold wasted $15 for lunch here never going

This Mr.Hero is my family's favorite go to for take out dinner, especially after our kids sporting events. The employees are extremely kind, the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Food always cooked perfect and we never have to wait long!

There menu wasn't complete there was only 8-16.when I asked for what else was on the menu he diden't know. The cook rudely said in a low tone "why not order online". Because I am here having a experience. The employee in the picture took a order and walked away for 5 minutes I sat down and he took the next customer as soon as they walked in.I give it two stars due to the lack of menu (who knows why) and employees actions. and the amount of time it took to get the food (I was the last) out of three. Probably won't dine here again

I work at Mr. Hero and I'm writing a review on myself because I am the cashier that was rude to Miss Angela. My deepest apologies! I was in a bad mood and I took it out on you. I hope you see this and if so please come by Mr. Hero so I can make it right. I will be employed there til I ride off into the sunset on July 1st. The food wasn’t bad but they messed up our order and when we went back to get our food the lady threw our sandwich in the bag and said I guess I’ll pay for this. Well if you wouldn’t have messed up our order then you wouldn’t of had to fix the problem this isn’t the first time this has happened at the Orwell mr hero

My wife and I have been eating Mr. Hero since she introduced me to them back in the 1980's. I have always loved eating a hot buttered cheesesteak or my favorite, the Romanburger. We went to the Orwell, OH location this past week and they make the hero's the way they should be made. They were fresh, cooked to perfection and the staff there is very friendly and efficient. They have a very clean dine in facility. We will continue visiting and eating Mr. Hero at the Orwell location. If you have never tried Mr. Hero, get to the Orwell location and get your taste on!

It was my first time going here and it was really good! The subs come in 3 sizes and their fries and cheese are amazing! It's a great place to go for a quick bite! The man that took our order was very nice as well.
