I have ordered 4 or 5 chocolate or jamocha shakes from here. There is barely any flavor and only a hint of coloring. It might as well be vanilla. Have asked to have it remade twice (2 different occasions) and still so cheap on adding a couple squirts of flavor. I don't get it. Why not just make a chocolate shake chocolate?

They never wanna give out cheese sauce with there fries if you order it they will not put it on your order when you go back they'll argue with you and make you pay which I don't mind paying that's why I asked for it in the first place. This is what you'll get at Ottawa Arby's they fries were also upside down all over my bag with my poorly thrown together sandwich. Do not go here if you value customer service they are very rude and disrespectful honestly the Ottawa branch should shut down this is not my first issue here either

Food was good, but the restaurant was messy/dirty. The rest rooms were appallingly dirty, and were not handicapped accessible, which was a problem for my 90-yr-old mother.
So...if you like Arby's, this one's ok if you don't need the restroom.
