Asked for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin got it but my muffin was burnt. Had someone go get it fixed for me and they gave me it without an egg.

floors were dirty, pop area a disaster, no receipt given from kiosk after asking for one three times. trash cans were all full of trash and staff did not seem to care. why? clean it up or it will be reported to health dept.
No matter the time of day, day of week, number of vehicles in drive thru, I am always asked to pull out of drive thru into a parking spot to wait for my order. Every.single.time. Nothing I order is ever a special order - as it comes. After waiting at least 10 minutes or more, they finally deliver the order, never an apology for the wait and 8 out of 10 times the order is missing something.
