The fries were cold & tasted old, I ordered a dbl quarter pounder w no onion & got a crappy old burger with cheese & 1 piece of bacon IN a container for quarter pounder. The guy at the drive thru couldn’t hear me say 10 times I wanted sweet & sour sauce for a 10 piece nugget (that he originally said 4 piece & I corrected him twice) & I never got my sweet & sour. This McDonald’s always disappoints us when we go.

I just left this location, with a large order. I went inside to order at a kiosk... Bianca was amazing (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) but she was amazing even brought my food to my car... such a sweetheart because of her I will be going back more! Awesome job Ottawa

they forgot the lettuce and mayonnaise on my mcchicken like how do you make a mcchicken wrong it’s the easiest thing on the menu to make

It's always a wait with this place, food is sub par, I live in area, we have very few choices. I always am directed to park, and I mean every single time, food is luke warm cheese not melted they forget sauce all the time, if in area I don't recommend you will wait customer service will be lacking and food barley digestible. I would give zero stars but not an option.

Crew was barking and yelling the whole time. Could hear in the dining room.
2 times in a row we are missing food that we paid for and I called and they lied on the phone saying we didn’t get charged then changed the story to they gave me the wrong order and I told them I have it all in the receipt and I would just like the food we are missing and the manager hung up on me

Ordered through drive through, took forever only to have our order wrong, went back waited again forever after we told them wrong food, to only get the same order back, saying sorry can't fulfill your right order cause we r closed..gave $3 refund for one sandwich gave us the other sandwich back after they slapped toppings on it(it was rubbery and old)....fires were cold by now NOT even a sorry!.....and THIS is why..I can see the mcds sign from my kitchen window...AND I NEVER order from here...just goes to show even when u crave mcds just stay way!
