The food is generally subpar and they close at 8 but advertise closing at 11. Just be honest? As there’s a line of people sitting in the drive thru, you just turn off all the lights and leave the screens on. Don’t say anything to those waiting at the speaker - nothing. It’s just rude. At least let people know and of course because the speaker automatically talks to you when you get up there, it makes it seem like they’re still open so you just sit there with no idea what’s happening.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had too many problems with this location and know of others who have just completely stopped coming to this location; after today our family will be one of them. We ordered a double cheeseburger and the bottom bun was rock solid and had several hairs on it. I took it back while I let the rest of my family eat. When I took it back I didn’t get an apology or offer for my money back. Just a remake ( which is in picture two that looks like it was just thrown together) I asked if I could get new fries for my meal to make this situation right since by the time I got back home it would be cold along with the rest of my food and the manager said I would have to go home, get the old fries, and bring them back but by then my burger would be cold also. I think this location needs additional training when dealing with customers and hospitality.

Coming here has become an exercise in frustration. I order ahead on the app, get in the drive through to make it quick, and even with a two person order get sent to park anyways. Then two others that were sent over to wait after me get their food first!
Just let people wait in line, it's incredibly rude.

Came in waited around 5 minutes before someone cashed me out for my order. But in the meantime I noticed 2 female employees playing on there cell phones and handling food along with a trash can that looked like it hasn't been emptied since mid-morning. 3:45 8-24-25 trash would be done if employees didn't play on phones alone with another customer having to come in from the drive-thru because they didn't get nothing.

Every day. Every single day waiting 10+ minutes and receive messed up ice coffees. Y'all mess up my coffees every day and can't read the order to get it correct. I have my receipts. Can show you what I paid for. Yet everyday I'm sitting here waiting on it and it's always wrong. Have been told that's not what I ordered. & Have Literally saw them sit on counter 20 minutes one day while being ignored trying to get someone's attention only to be insulted by employee. Service sucks. Do better.

I ordered 2 Apple Pie, none were available. They did not offer to cook any more pie, they didn't offer a substitute item. They didn't offer a refund, I had to ask for a refund, which I got.
Came here with 4 of my kids. Ordered simple no fuss meals. Waited 20 minutes inside while teenagers stood around, phones out, joking, dancing. Once the food came we weren't given the toys nor the mcdonaldland souvenir kits. Kids just standing around recording and on phones ignoring fry alarms etc. Will never be back to this location.

floors were dirty, pop area a disaster, no receipt given from kiosk after asking for one three times. trash cans were all full of trash and staff did not seem to care. why? clean it up or it will be reported to health dept.
