2 times in a row we are missing food that we paid for and I called and they lied on the phone saying we didn’t get charged then changed the story to they gave me the wrong order and I told them I have it all in the receipt and I would just like the food we are missing and the manager hung up on me

Ordered through drive through, took forever only to have our order wrong, went back waited again forever after we told them wrong food, to only get the same order back, saying sorry can't fulfill your right order cause we r closed..gave $3 refund for one sandwich gave us the other sandwich back after they slapped toppings on it(it was rubbery and old)....fires were cold by now NOT even a sorry!.....and THIS is why..I can see the mcds sign from my kitchen window...AND I NEVER order from here...just goes to show even when u crave mcds just stay way!

The moment we walked in we heard employees yelling at each other. We thought there was going to be a fight. We ordered our food and went and sat in the play area, there was another family already in there it took 20 minutes from when we got in there for them to turn the lights on in the play area. There was no soap in the bathrooms. All our food tasted off in the pop was completely flat.

I am disappointed at my local McDonald’s. The employees were rude and made comments about us coming into the dinner area at 10:40 . Then after we ordered our food they said we had to leave at 11. Which is fine but we had to eat in the parking lot and while we were eating we saw this man go into the dinner area at 11:08 and he sat and ate his food. I find this very unfair And very disrespectful
