This has to be one of the most inconsistent McDonalds I've been to. The food is rarely good and usually dried out, cold and stale. Not sure how but they are well below McDonalds standards.

I ordered my food, came out very quickly, but the problem here is my fries were as salty as the Dead Sea then the manager proceeded to say that she added zero salt to my fries, which is also a problem because why would the fries not have salt? Not only then did the worker yelled at us for simply requesting to have some new fries, but she threatened to involve the police just for asking for some price. This is unacceptable. This worker needs to be fired.

Our breakfast was horrible! Hashbrowns mushy like they were but in the microwave. My boyfriends big breakfast consisted of a sausage egg an cheese muffin being torn apart an put in his meal. No syrup for the pancakes. Like come on. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs!

Absolute worst McDonald’s, especially the night crew. Last night the girls working couldn’t stop laughing long enough to take our order. Proceeded to talk inappropriately at the counter and when the MANAGER realized the window was opened, they got embarrassed and laughed about it some more. The manager was yelling and cussing up a storm, loud enough I could hear through the closed drive thru window. Forgot some of our food, got our order wrong, and didn’t say a single word to us the entire interaction. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do better, McDonald’s. These are the kind of people you’re hiring. I’m all for young kids working, but not when they can’t be professional and respectful to customers!!

Order placed using kiosk, order never processed. Waited over 20 minutes before an employee asked if I even placed an order. The floors were filthy behind the counter, with employees stepping over/on fall hazards. Store # 19025 , 2014 state route 53, Fremont Ohio 43420.
Requested a refund and left. Will never stop there again. Very poor management and even poorer customer service. Very disappointed.

I love McDonald’s but all of a sudden it’s gone downhill at this location. I was a little upset with how my day had been already and when I got there I ended up more upset when I got home. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they thought it’d be slick to just mix hot fudge into a vanilla shake. Just say there’s no chocolate? I also asked ONLY mayo and lettuce on my double and they OVERLOADED it with ketchup and pickles (and I hate the pickles). Very upset.

The food is generally subpar and they close at 8 but advertise closing at 11. Just be honest? As there’s a line of people sitting in the drive thru, you just turn off all the lights and leave the screens on. Don’t say anything to those waiting at the speaker - nothing. It’s just rude. At least let people know and of course because the speaker automatically talks to you when you get up there, it makes it seem like they’re still open so you just sit there with no idea what’s happening.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had too many problems with this location and know of others who have just completely stopped coming to this location; after today our family will be one of them. We ordered a double cheeseburger and the bottom bun was rock solid and had several hairs on it. I took it back while I let the rest of my family eat. When I took it back I didn’t get an apology or offer for my money back. Just a remake ( which is in picture two that looks like it was just thrown together) I asked if I could get new fries for my meal to make this situation right since by the time I got back home it would be cold along with the rest of my food and the manager said I would have to go home, get the old fries, and bring them back but by then my burger would be cold also. I think this location needs additional training when dealing with customers and hospitality.
