Ordered a triple treat and an extra pizza for pick up. They hand my husband said order and after a 20 min drive to get home he arrives a pizza short. Called to get a refund or to have them deliver since it is their fault, nope. We are outside delivery area, but they expect us to drive back in for the pizza. They state they can't issue a refund either. Either we get a credit towards a future order (fat chance) or drive back in for credit or pizza. Huh, you can take a credit card payment over the internet or phone but can't refund unless in person. Absurd. To top it off the pizzas were not even good. Last time I will order from pizza hut. Very disappointed

Rude manager, hangs up on customer when customer called to complain about having a cold supper after waiting for 40 extra minutes past delivery time. Highly do not recommend!!!!!!!

Ordered boneless wings medium buffalo. They were so bad, tasted like plastic or something. Meat was like hard and chewy. Spit it out immediately. That had to be the grossest thing I have ever put in my mouth! Honestly probably will never eat Pizza Hut again!

Ordered around 6:13 pm. App says it will be done by 6:50pm. Go there at 6:40pm and walk into over 20 people waiting for their pizza. Since so many people were blocking the counter it was hard to tell how long others were there or if you were supposed to tell them you were there to pick an order up. Stood around for 40 minutes, only saw two people get their order. Even had a few other people tell me they had been there way longer than I had been
Ended up leaving because of the situation. I figured I’d eventually get a call because I didn’t pick my order up but nope. So out $35 and no food. Just remember when you got customers standing around they can see workers trying to get pizza stuck off pans and workers itching their noses. Definitely won’t be back
Should have had customers wait in their car and call them when their pizza was done.

Would give 0 stars. First they gave someone else our order that cost over $100 to begin with and then needed a jump start cause battery died and Noone would help me! Worst place ever!!
Food is decent, price seems a bit extreme, but don't like to follow directions for online orders very well, asked for a pizza cut into squares to share with a group not just 8 pieces

Horrible customer service. Local franchise in Ottawa, OH made some of the worse food we've ever had. When I inquired with the corporate office they failed. They had assured me management at the local franchise would at least reach out to me. 2 months later and that hasn't't happened. Just stay away and spend your money on decent food somewhere else.

Oh my goodness don't go to the bathroom it doesn't look like the bathroom have been clean for 2 weeks absolutely atrocious. Food is good, service was a little slow but poor lady was working by herself. Inside look nice after the remodel job.
