Horrible customer service. Local franchise in Ottawa, OH made some of the worse food we've ever had. When I inquired with the corporate office they failed. They had assured me management at the local franchise would at least reach out to me. 2 months later and that hasn't't happened. Just stay away and spend your money on decent food somewhere else.

Oh my goodness don't go to the bathroom it doesn't look like the bathroom have been clean for 2 weeks absolutely atrocious. Food is good, service was a little slow but poor lady was working by herself. Inside look nice after the remodel job.

I got the Tavern style pizza, and it was very good, but the pesto was thin and watery and looked kind of gross. There wasn't much of it. I will definitely get another one, but hold the pesto and use a grocery brand instead. There could have been more tomatoes, some pieces had none. There was a huge wait time because they seemed short staffed. I had ordered while shopping at Walmart, but still waited 10 minutes or more in the lobby, along with a fairly large group of people. However, the staff was incredible; they were friendly, and you could tell that they all were working hard. The pizza needed more toppings, but the service was amazing. All of the employees must have been incredibly stressed, but they had smiles for the customers and worked hard under pressure.

Everything was sticky!!! Chairs..tables..booster seats...I almost told my husband we were leaving ...wish I would have..had one 3 topping large pizza, single pasta and cheese stix...no prices on menu should have been a clue... atmosphere was lacking a lot.. employees seemed very unhappy in general.
Made an order on line through app. The app said it would be ready in 35 mins. When I arrived at Pizza Hut.l had to wait an additional 40 min for my order. Total time 1 hr 15min for 2 med. pizzas and an order of boneless wings. Absurd. Please look to go somewhere else.
