The building is nice and the bar area was busy. I tried the buffet but only got food off of the salad bar because it all was too dry or swimming in liquid. The menu food choices seem very dated. Pie was good though.Edit- attacking customers too in reviews is not a good look.

Perhaps breakfast is simply not the strong suit of this place, looking at the general review score. I'll start with the lone high point; best black coffee I've had in town, very smooth, good flavor.The service was terse and not particularly cordial... Not overtly rude, but it left me wanting compared to the usual service I encounter in restaurants, with a notable absence of pleases and thank you.The food ranged from bad to very average. My over easy eggs were cooked over medium; my wife and daughter's scrambled eggs were runny and looking shy of fully cooked. The sausage patties looked interesting, looking homemade and large, but they had absolutely no flavor. The bacon was slightly better than the sausage, but not by much. All our griddle items, pancakes and French toast, were low to middling at best.I was very disappointed with this restaurant.

A real, post-covid soup, salad, and dessert bar was an exciting find! Friendly service, unbelievably reasonable prices.P.s. homemade croutons to die for!
