Swear to god no cap I went in there and Jared Fogle was there. Apart from that it was IGHT. RIP the janitor cuz I heard someone BLOWINNNN up that stall when I was filling up my Large Rootbeer with no ice. Sat down to eat my meal and discovered some white gooey fluid on the seat “eww gross” that hada been there for a few hours. Bro behind the counter was stingy with the oven, I asked fo my sub to be toasted and home slice put it in that john for like 3 seconds. Soggy ahh sub but non the less didn’t give me the Hershey Squirts like Taco Cranker Barrel.

This manager and district manager of this store should be terminated. They seam to think that they can bully and mistreate its special needs/ disabled employees and not accommodate them. They even write them up and harass them because they can't go as fast as the non disabled employees even tho they were told of the employees disability before hire.said employee quite due to the constant bullying by management, no disabled child should come home crying everyday of her very first job because of unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent so called managers.My family will never spend a dime at this store again. And we will be contacting corporate

Did not get order correct asked for salami and ham and did not get it, and I also asked for pepper cheese and they put Swiss, I will never order from there again

Giving 5 stars because the gentleman working was doing a fantastic job, but shame on Subway for making him work all by himself. if it had been me i probably would have just quit. customers were being rude and impatient but he handled himself very well. I see him all the time and I'm pretty sure he's the manager, but I still don't think he should have to work alone.

Always call before if you're coming here because they probably aren't open. They claim it's because of employees and they don't have enough. I'm no manager of a subway but 3-4 people on the same shift isn't necessary at a small subway like this. That could easily cover the missed hours they claim they can't cover. If you can't open on your listed opening hours then just give me a key and I'll go make my sub for myself. Consistency and reliability is key in the restaurant business and they just play by their rules. Awful.

It was disappointing to say the least, service was horrible and food was old and dried out. While there, the manager was mopping the floor and spreading mud and food all over without rinsing the mop. Will never go back again.
Just ordered ( and ate) a sub, and it was the best sub I have had there. Everything was fresh and bread was soft. Excellent job!!

Ottawa Subway sucks! Their drive thru is never open .. they never answer their phone to take call in orders .. we get subway coupons in our local paper but they won’t honor them.. they raised their prices on their subs.. this is the last time we are going and never going back again!!!????..RIDICULOUS!
