There’s one thing you can count on with this Taco Bell, the inside will be locked up and closed down early and the staff will be rude and forget items on their already severely overpriced menu. lol

Placed a mobile order on the app. Selected to pick up in the dining room. I've had a handful of issues with being shorted items, so I like to pick it up inside so I can go through my bag to make sure everything is there before going home.
Arrived at the store. Dining room was locked. Pulled into the drive thru. The minimal staff rushed us through the drive through as I tried to count my items, and seemed annoyed when we asked to add sauce. Got home and discovered we were shorted an item on our receipt. Service is rushed and inaccurate. I understand running on low staffing levels, but don't rush people through and rip them off. Horrid service, stay away from this one unless it's extremely slow.

Food was hot fresh. Went inside place was very clean. Restrooms were clean!!! Since the General Manager they have there now has been there Sherrie is ger name it has went from crap to worth the wait and made your way!!! She is always there and always so friendly!!

Horrible, I don't understand how hard it is not to put tomatoes or sour cream on something, I specifically ask them not to, only to get home and find out they didnt follow simple rules.

just take my order and then I get my food and it’s cold and it’s supposed to be a grill and it was not rude the whole salad in my burrito my chipotle ranch steak burrito with no chipotle sauce no steak steak burrito was very cold no steak I will not B going back ever again

You pull up to the drive thru. Sit there and wait 10mins while 2 cars are in front of you. Then the other 2 cars leave cause they were waiting longer than I was. Then pull up to give them my order and was told it was going to be a little bit longer. Im not waiting 15mins when I'm the only person in line and no one at the window. Place need to learn how to manage drive tru and dine in better.

The taco bell in Ottawa is probably the best in the area. The staff is friendly and professional and the food is always hot and fresh

Dont come here at night. I was told no to anything I ordered if it was extra and heard people yelling in the background inappropriate things. I wasn't rude at all but treated rudely. I'm afraid to even eat what they made. Idk but they didn't sound friendly at all and honestly want my money back. Also they skimped on alot of the food I ordered. It was not worth 22 dollars. I'm disappointed in this purchase.

Sherry the general manager is there everyday dedicated to her job she is very nice to me and everyone else that stops by here I'm glad to have had the experience to work here . All the employees are usually very friendly in my experience, it's a small store with excellent service. :)
