Went to eat the soft taco from my cravings box and found what appears to be mucous/phlegm. When i called to get a refund-was unable to since i ordered online. Needless to say the rest of the food i ordered went in the trash-$25 of food to waste. Will not be returning.

This most recent was good, however at this specific location you never know what you will get. I typically order the same 5 things and sometimes they are very sloppy, size changes based on who might be working and how much they want to put into a taco or whatever it is you ordered. I'm hopeful they are trending in the right direction to fix these issues.
This place is soo stupidly expensive and some very cocky people saying their busy with only one car here.

Placed my order on the mobile app. Payment went through fine. $17.73. When I arrived at the store (3:00 pm), just minutes later, doors were locked, drive-thru was not active, and could not see anyone inside the store. Waited around for about 10 minutes with some other customers who were in the same boat I was, but nobody ever showed up.This is the last of many issues I have had with this location. App deleted and never returning there again. Filed a complaint at their website and demanded a refund. However, last time I took such action for a similar event, they never replied.UPDATE 5/6/2023- Customer service has yet to reply to my complaint, so as of now, they are still thieves.5/16/2023- Still Thieves.

The Baja Blast was refreshing. The tacos were missing some lettuce but the sauce helped the tacos taste better.

The app works like trash; you can’t add more than 1 item to your order without checking out first. Always takes 15min to get your order after ordering through drive thru and don’t even think about going inside to order since they keep it locked.
They are having some staffing issues, who isn't though? Some visits are great, some are not.

2 out of last three times i went thete this place was closed. They only open by chance it seems. I know help is hard to find. I suggest get a few good workers and just give them a great deal and make them on charge thatmaking sure someone is there. There ate reliable people out there. Mcdonalds have some ladies there that keeps that place going. No problem with food if open. Usually good

Absolutely go to this taco bell if you would like no food when you get there as they never have things stocked. Also they like to randomly close when they feel like it. And don't get me started on getting the wrong food because that is a promise going through their drive thru! If you wanna job where you don't work come to this taco bell!

I tried to order on the app, however an error popped up when I clicked the complete order button. It appeared my order wasn’t placed but I received a text that my account was charged for the amount of my order. I went to pick up my order and there was no order, however when I showed the employees that my account was charged, they had me show them what was in my cart in the app and they made it right. I don’t have high expectations when I get fast food these days, these employees went above and beyond to make it right!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You want a good experience and good food it's not here. Rude employees.. always screwing up orders. They do not pay attention to what they are doing and whats being put in the bag. SKIP IT
