I decided to stop in and try to eat inside at this local wendys, but the staff working on Sunday 6/1/2025 had different plans. My wife and I stood at the counter for at least a few minutes while three different staff members looked at us but never acknowledged us. They never expressed they was busy but would be with us soon. Absolutely no words, so we left and went to a lot nicer fast food establishment that actually did their job and helped these hungry customers.

my husband and me come here everyday, always seems to be a disappointment lately. Recently came in and a worker had been sitting in the lobby with 2 other girls while no one else seemed to be working near the front. We stood and waited for about 15 minutes. A young man finally came from the back to the front and I had asked the name of the worker who had completely ignored the sight of us. Although she may be a nice lady, Kayla could use some work in the fast food industry. This has happened an abundance of times throughout the last couple months. Aww

Went inside and waited for 10-15 mins while 2 employees were outside smoking. Nobody ever came into to help us, we left without anything. Very poor customer service.

I dont usually care enough to leave reviews but I eat here all the time , this place almost never gets my order right , fries are always old and cold to the point I stopped getting them , it's not always bad , but most of the time it is , recently ordered door dash from here , they forgot a frosty , added a 10pc nugget I never ordered , forgot sauce , napkins , and refused to answer the phone when I called , Horribly managed

How do you have a Wendy's restaurant and not have a door handle on your door for customers to come in...get it together Ottawa you guys are becoming the scum of North West Ohio step your game up a little bit Putnam county Lima's way nicer than Ottawa now
I ordered a large chili and a medium fry. The chili was a little watery and the Fry's where good. The service was great they seemed happy and positive witch made the atmosphere feel better

Showed up doors unlocked no on in drive thru 2 of the 3 people outside guy yells for them to com help us the manager says she refuses to serve us because they are short staffed. There was literally no one in the drive when we walked in and 1 car after we were refused service. If the doors are unlocked you shouldn't deny service
