Ordered breakfast for $6.69 thru the app on March 12th. When I got to the window the blue haired girl wanted me to pay. I told her that I paid on the app but she still needed to swipe my card. Sure enough my credit card statement says that I paid twice.Enjoy the extra $6.69 because it will be a very long time before I come back!

Been there 3 times this month. Each time my food was cold except the last time. I was the only one in the lobby and was told that they would be right with me. After 5 minutes of standing in line and watching the employees joke around I left. Needles to say I won’t be back. Worst Wendy’s on the planet.

This was the worst excuse for the Apple Pecan salad. The chicken was cold, tough and rubbery. There is no excuse for this. Whoever did it had to know this.This salad can be awesome.

Been waiting on our food for twenty minutes at the time of writing this to only have the employees running around outside hitting each other with towels….25 minutes and only one other vehicle came through after us. Two meals ordered with us.Appears Wendy’s is joining the list of restaurants that are more frustrating than anything to order through.

After sitting down to eat at this location, I've got to say one of their male cashiers really needs to listen to the customers' orders better. Three different times, I told him I wanted a chocolate frosty, three. I wasn't stuttering nor talking in a low volume and as there were only one other couple in there eating the volume of store couldn't have altered his hearing. Once he finally got my order and my uncles order while waiting for our food he still proceeded to grab a small cup for the frostys and still gave me a strawberry frosty and acted surprised when i said that I asked for a chocolate.

It's a typical fast fooenjoy it I ordered a biggie bag and no pick on my making double stand of course they put pickle on it and then I tell them ranch for the nuggets guess what wasn't in the bag and of course I forgot to check and if it would be for I drove off so you know I didn't go back

I basically paid $11 for a drink because I was never given a receipt, nor was I called back from management after leaving information with the 1-800 customer service team (also awful). I tried to call the store directly for 25 minutes, but a machine said that they were on another call and to call back later. Wendy's used to be one of the best fast food franchises, but recent experiences make that a questionable statement.
