The only Dunkin in the entire area that doesn’t have all of the selection of tea, I had to select a different to you, which I am not satisfied with. If you’re gonna have something on the menu, you need to have it in store and they didn’t say oh we’ll have that back. Just said we don’t have that.
It did not feel like a welcoming atmosphere. I will never return to this one.

This location is absolutely horrendous ever since the new staff took over a year or so ago. They are so rude and are horribly inconsistent. Coffees never taste the same, they hand out expired bottles of milk/juices, rush you through the drive thru and then mess up your order. I absolutely hate that this is the only coffee place in town.

The one gentleman that was working, seemed like he wanted us to hurry up and leave. He mumbled, rolled his eyes and we could barely understand him. Definitely the type of guy to delete your minecraft world when you arent home. On top of that, he made my coffee incorrectly.

This location..... SMH......has had some ups and downs and I have been a super loyal customer throughout but today was last time I'll ever patronize this particular business, as well as the subway and gas station attached because, let's be honest, we know the same Indian family owns it. The last 6 or so times I've come through the male that is now working mostly later in the day doesn't even attempt to speak clear, mumbles constantly, you to repeat back and forth WAY TOO MUCH and not to mention the time at the speaker 4+ minutes just waiting for someone to say give us a minute just wait more minutes. I've came back even after you made my drinks horrible (iced coffee, vanilla , cream, sugar) This used to be a great location and the staff was amazing but over time all the usual staff is gone. Also!!! The last time I came through, another 10 minute adventure for 1 drink, 1 order of hash browns and some donut holes......the women was on video chat with just laughing it up. I really wish a local group could come in and buy this place.

Terrible service every time I come here, not one to complain but every time I come here I try to order something that I order at different locations and they always say they don’t do that or don’t have that. Also they mess the orders up almost every time. The drinks never taste the same. For now on I’m going to reroute and go to a different one because this one is absolute garbage. Also the drink is nothing but ice, so don’t bother buying a large, and I ordered a signature drink and they just gave me a plain coffee with sugar.

Horrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with only a single car ahead of me. I ordered two hot coffees. The lady did not put the lid on the coffee properly. It spilled all over my leg and car. Giant burn on my left knee and the back of my hand. No apologies just some napkins. If you do come here make them check the lid before they hand it to you. I certainly will never be coming here again.
