Go there all the time for the sweet and salty mocha. Went there in the morning the messed up my drink so I go back after I get off work order the same drink give them the cup from the morning the girl reluctantly said “I can remake it for you this time” so I told her no it’s ok I’ll pay. If you mess up my $6 mocha, $8 with tip, you should remake it every time horrible service.

Went for the first time yesterday, staff was sooooo nice and patient in explaining the menu and just over all being kind. My mom got just a plain coffee and said it was a little weak for her taste but it was good. I got the German chocolate drink and we both agreed that it was very tasty!

I love the coffee. Staff is excellent. My only complaint: I usually end up waiting for at least 20-30 minutes in line. Today I waited over 30 minutes. It’s understaffed. This is not a complaint about the staff. They hustle and are nice to customers.

Love the drinks, my favorite is a 7Energy with pineapple and the blueberry-pomegranate smoothie mix...large of course ❤️ love the staff, but prices are a little high.
Take out coffee. I got the large brunette decaf and my wife got the sugar free German chocolate cake decafe.

Took 15 minutes to wait for 4 cars to make an order. Girl would take the order, then go inside and stand by the door while they made it and when it was done, bring it out and then take another order. Not an adult in site to manage what was going on.

How is the line issue allowed to happen when we all know it goes on? I come here often and was skipped by multiple vehicles once again today. I pulled in and the worker signaled for me and the car in front of me to go over into the other lane. By the time the other worker came around to take orders other cars had pulled into the other lane we were just directed out of. So they started with that car which came after me and the car in front of me. Then they did the car in front of me. Then they did another car that arrived even later and then me. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a line, one of the oldest rules in civilized society. Last time they took a car of 4 people before me when I was skipped and I was in a hurry to get to work. I almost left today and I will leave in the future. You used to pay attention to order and now you have gotten lazy. This is driving your customers crazy and is absolutely unacceptable and bad for business. I wonder how many people don’t even complain and just never come back. I can’t believe I have to tell you something so simple. Your customers time matters more than your convenience.

This used to be a great place to get drinks. Highly efficient and happy staff. I used to take orders from cars that were in line throughout the line. Then when you got to the front of the line your drinks were ready for you
Within the last month they now only take orders from the first car in line and wait until they have their drinks before they take the orders from anybody else.
Actually wayless efficient van Duncan or any place else that has a dedicated location to place your order and a separate one to pick up your order.
