We visited Bakers Square in Parma, OH on a whim. So glad we did. The pie was excellent and the service was fantastic. David was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If ever back in Cleveland, we will def go back.

Ordered online to go twice. Both times an entree was forgotten. Today, in addition to the missing entree, we also had our jellies for our english muffin thrown on top of the food. And not like in the container next to the english muffin. The english muffin and the jellies were smashed on top of my scramble. How many hands touched those little packets before they ended up thrown on top of my sausage gravy and smashed in? All the food was in a nice big bag that the extras could have been thrown in. Hate to think of the rest of their sanitary practices. The scrambled had uncooked peppers in it, and canned mushrooms. The whole thing was runny and gross. Stick to their pies. Those are (mostly) good.

Place is dirty, same dirt on bathroom floor every week I go there. Food is going downhill, they offer seasoned fries but you really get skinny crinkle fries with some pepper sprinkled on top. Beard hair on my plate from "cook" two days ago. Service is great, that's all I can say good about it.

I usually just go here to pick up pies...which are ALWAYS DELICIOUS! Lemon Supreme is fantastic, hint hint Bakers Square please bring back Apple Supreme or maybe I have just missed you having it. When I have eaten at the restaurant, everyone has always been very nice and attentive. Have only had a sandwich there but it was very good.

Sad to see these restaurants disappear. So glad that their pies are being carried elsewhere. Really wish that they could have figured out how to attract younger crowds. The food is so much better than the average diner. As a teenager, this chain used to be the place to go late at night. Perhaps they could offer the pies at a small hipster brunch place and serve classic milkshakes. Going with a classic 50s diner vibe may be better than an old southern vibe the parent company is now going with. Old southern vibe is on its way out.

We went into Bakers Square for lunch, and once we went in there, it smelt horrible; such as old grease. Their uniforms were very messy and unprofessional. They also messed up my daughter's order of grilled cheese once we received it; it was cold, overcooked, //burnt.
