Best customer service I've had in a very long time!! I went through the drive thru around 1230 am and the manager Tommy was great! He was friendly and the food was out quickly and tasted very fresh. I dont usually visit this location often but I will defintely be back because of the friendliness and service which I've noticed many other fast food places seem to be lacking lately! This location seems to have it together though!
Picked up for delivery and the order was actually ready! I also ignore picking up from certain BK's including this one because they aren't in time. Usually when going to this location or the one on Snow Rd, they never got the order. So I have to wait 10-15 minutes. Or, the last time I went they saw I had the order through the app but wouldn't make the food. I've never had issue there before or at any other restaurant.
