in arguably the worst experience of a pizza joint ever. Staff was incredibly rude. Pizza was not done an hour after promised time so I demanded a refund and they wouldn’t even talk to me as they process it and they said done and then left the counter … couldnt recommend this chain any less

This review is based solely on the experience, not the food which was good enough and what you’d expect from a chain. Their app quoted 15 minutes for a carry out order, so I placed the order expecting that or close to it. Their app absolutely SUCKS and would not even load their so-called tracker, so I had no clue when to actually go to the store. After about 30 minutes, I used my phone’s browser, not their crap app, to sign up for text alerts for the order. 20 minutes later (so 50 minutes from the order), I finally get a text saying the food is in the oven, so I drove to the store and picked it up about 10 minutes later with no issues. I have no problem waiting an hour for an order, but when it quotes you 15 minutes before and after you place the order, that’s a major issue.

Absolute worst store, 3 separate occasions now where you order online for a 30 min delivery that turns into over an hour and a half, store manager on nights is terrible and does not care to answer the phone and when she does she have no answers accept “ I don’t know what to tell you”

Hopefully it’s just a one time thing but the service was very slow they couldn’t find my pizza even do I went 10 to 15 minutes after the site said my pizza was ready long story short after being skipped and they couldn’t find my pizza and skipped again I just left. First time doing it but I’m not going to wait 20 minutes more for a pizza they can’t find take in account that now it’s 30 to 35 minutes after it should at ready been ready

So I ordered a 2 medium pizzas on a Sunday at 5:45pm cheesey bread and a salad it didn't arive at my home till 730 it was cold and the salad was no good the driver told me they cant get help. I dont understand the pizza places in parma they all have issues delivering except the real expensive places like jetts and napoleons thats terrible I wont be ordering from this place again...

I will NEVER order from here again ! The people I dealt with were awful. I ordered 2 pizza last night at 830 pm and didn’t get my pizza until 1130. When I called the lady said it would be about 45 minutes. After an hour, I called on the status of my order, a guy lied and said it just got out of the oven . ( I’m less than 3 miles from there) so after another 40 minutes, I called back and an extremely rude lady answered. She got very smart with me.. she said , “ Do you think you’re the only person that ordered pizza?” I said “ well your people said it would be 45 minutes and it’s almost 2 hours now.” I would not recommend Domino’s to anyone ever again! Very poor. Oh yeah and my pizza was cold when it got to me. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option.

We ordered our food at 6:40, by 7:40 the tracker on the website was still indicated that the food was being prepped. Nobody answers the phone when I called to check on my order status. I drive to the store, multiple customers are there with the same issue. Instead of getting any answer, an employee asked “who unlocked the door?” And proceeded to have everyone leave as he mumbles he canceled all orders. Not one explanation about what happened or if there will be a refund.

Service is terrible. I called the store a a guy answered with an attitude. I tried to explain what happened and he got a bigger attitude and told me I needed to call back and try again. I would not recommend ordering from this dominos. If I could give it a zero I would.
