I called the store, and they said they would have someone bring them out as soon as possible within a half hour or so. 2 hours later, still nothing. I placed an order I placed an order to be delivered and specifically said to come to the side door. You can even see that my front door is not used since I've got it blocked off it's completely snow covered. But they delivered it to the front door and left it at the front door and the freezing 20° weather now my food is cold. I gave a 30% tip. They told me once they have a hard time keeping drivers well don't be nice to them because they certainly don't want to do the job. I would recommend any other pizza place or food delivery place other than Domino's

Terrible customer service this store needs a manager that can actually do customer service and problem resolution, the online order system wouldn't let me place my order with a 50% off coupon due to a technical issue so I called to store to place it and they would not help with the coupon and basically said tough and put me on hold. I will not be ordering from this location and I dont recommend anyone does until there's some staff changes. Judging by all the other 1 star reviews im not the only one suggesting it.

Delivered in 15 minutes. The cheesy bread were delivered burnt we had to take it back. When they were done making new 1s, they showed us them & they looked normal. When we got home, they had switched the replaced the cheesy bread & given us a smaller burnt black on the edges that taste like yeast.

I have never been yelled at by a pizza worker or manager like I was today. All I did was mention that one pizza had extra sauce and the other looked burnt or overcooked—something I didn’t request. In response, he yelled at me, saying, “We’re giving you a free pizza and you’re still complaining. What do you want me to do?” I pulled my phone camera and started recording so he left like a cowered behind the oven and said I'll remake your pizza mam, it's gana take like 6 minutes. I was like what! I left to wait in my car, in my way out I heard him saying the F word and ...etc. I couldn't record again the same play took place.
I blame myself—I should have just left without taking the pizza or arguing with such a rude and unprofessional manager representing Domino’s. He genuinely scared me today. When I handed him the money and took the pizza, I felt like I was giving him the power to yell at Muslim women again and intimidate us however he wants.

Today is September 7th,2025 I called the store giving him another chance I wanted to place an order but this manager probably recognized my voice and number, he hanged up on me and refused to take my order, it means he's pissed from this comment section. I'm glad if it means something to him. 🤲 Picture shows I placed an online order for the closest domino's he canceled the order. He's apparently a hatred person in a community!
So I've given this location a final chance and the wait time was pretty long so I called to try and cancel. I was on hold for about nearly 25 minutes. And still no one picked up so I couldn't cancel my order. Just wack

Will not go back! My wife place the order online for pickup at 7pm. Order was not ready when I arrived about 7:04. When she looking at the app it listed an error. When she tried to reorder it said something like online ordering is down so she called. Rang for over 3 minutes ( I was in the waiting area hearing the phone ring) workers ignored the phone and me! Order online from Little Caesars. I have 3 minutes and our pizza will be ready. Guess I will just order from Little Ceasars from now

First I ordered 2 large half/half pizzas that they decided to just make whole. Not what I ordered, there was a reason it said what it did. I wish that was all that was wrong. I don't know if they took small dough balls and stretched them into a large or what but when I say this was the thinnest, most greasy disgusting excuse of a pizza I've ever gotten in my life. The cheese was thicker than the dough.

I almost never leave negative reviews but this place has gone so far downhill I feel like I need to warn people not to order from here. I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half and the tracker didn’t show it even being made yet. I called and waited on hold for 17 min before I got in my car and drove to the restaurant still on hold. They told me there were still 4 orders ahead of mine. No one is answering the phone. No warning on the app that there is a 2 hour wait. I had them cancel my order and I ordered pizza from another local place. If you can’t meet demand hire more people. If you are not able to hire and retain people you probably aren’t paying them enough. I was a regular customer for years, but not anymore.
