Ordered 9/19, after an hour the team member that answered my call assured me that our order was out for delivery. Called back a half hour later, still had not received it, manager refused to take my call, team member refused to give me district manager # or corporate #. Disgusting customer service.
This review is based solely on the experience, not the food which was good enough and what you’d expect from a chain. Their app quoted 15 minutes for a carry out order, so I placed the order expecting that or close to it. Their app absolutely SUCKS and would not even load their so-called tracker, so I had no clue when to actually go to the store. After about 30 minutes, I used my phone’s browser, not their crap app, to sign up for text alerts for the order. 20 minutes later...
Great to have you in the neighborhood! Food was fresh and ready on time. I use the phone online app. I didn't have to download one. My two pizzas and garlic knots were ready in 12 minutes. I was welcomed into the store with a friendly smile when I picked up my order. Everything was great.
