Really nice fast Chinese food. Friendly staff and the food is well made. I really love their egg rolls and the sesame chicken. Very affordable and recommended.

We went for lunch. Service was very rude today. And was crap. And truthfully wasn’t going to tip because of how bad service was. Very disrespectful rude Gave a lot of attitude when we was speaking respectful. But they wouldn’t let us leave until we tipped literally held us. Until we tipped and when I did tip $5 because again service was shit a they was very rude and disrespectful they have attitude when I tipped $5. Made us tip more before they would let us leave…. Will never return.

The Honey Garlic Chicken is very good. It has a sweet and savory flavor. The breading on the chicken soaks up the sauce with every bite. The pork fried rice is great, not overly salty.

We frequently pickup food to go. Their schezwan chicken is very good. I love their hot and sour soup with shrimp chips.

It’s 8 degrees out in Cleveland right now and they don’t have heat. We sit down and think we are just cold since we just came in from outside and order our drinks. Obviously, we never warm up and ask why it is so cold, turns out they don’t have heat. If you don’t have heat then you need to inform your customers before you sit them down verbally and have a sign posted as well as consider closing until your heat is properly working.

Ordered boneless spare ribs and was served sliced ham with bbq sauce. Rice was bland and order noodles that was horrible no flavor dried out and thin like angel hair noodles. Pepper steak was bland. Also waited to use restroom an employee came out and didn’t was her hands. Didn’t even attempt to rinse them and waked out l. First and last time ever going here !

I think this would be a 3-star review except the General Tso's Chicken is really the best, and has been for ages. They use larger chunks of chicken than anywhere else I've been to, so it feels more like real meat instead of little slimy fried things.
The drive-up is also great, though service is not exactly friendly.
Occasionally the chicken is too dry, and other dishes have been hit-or-miss as well.
Important note: The lo mein is in fact horrible, as others have said. If you google lo mein you see thick golden brown noodles that are fried a bit so they have a chew. This is very different. Thin watery noodles in an odd broth, with flavorless chicken. I know lo mein varies by location and I haven't found a truly great on in this area, but I just can't imagine anyone enjoying this version.

Ordered chicken fried rice, was dark taste like dirty grease, egg rolls were old and dried out,the crab lagoons were not creamy at all,and the chicken had been fried in dirty grease payed $49.35 for this not worth the money and the food is terrible 1st time and last time

Ordered takeout Chicken Lo Mein, which is supposed to be made with wheat and egg noodles. It came with thin rice noodles. I called and was rudely told that is their Lo Mein noodle and hung up on. They are not Lo Mein. Interestingly another review says same thing. They use to be a really good Chinese restaurant. What happened?

Got the chicken lo mein. The chicken was boiled, had more slices of onion than there was chicken. The noodles were thin and had no flavor. Only thing that made it redeemable was the hot mustard which went from hot to nuclear in 3 drops.
Wife got the shrimp and lobster sauce. It also had grohnd beef in it, which was also flavorless and dry, in a soup. The pork fried rice was dry, flavorless, and got worse with adding soy sauce.
The shrimp toast was dry and too sweet. The gold fingers were completely bland. The teriyaki stick was ok, but would not get again.
I ended up throwing it all away, I've never been so disappointed in a Chinese take out. We won't be returning
