Almost 45 minutes wait in the drive-thru!! Free donut day not going well for this location. Either someone called off and they were short staffed, or they were really not prepared for the amount of customers. Walk-ins were in and out faster. Will not be back on any freebie days.

bro..i see why people hate this Dunkin, we went here with no line, we were the only people there in the drive thru, and I kid you not at least 6 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing, we only asked for a bagel with avocado spread and they gave me two avocado toasts in a hash brown bag?? and charged me for two avocado spreads.. not only that we sat there for like 10 minutes at the window for no reason, I was so confused and low-key annoyed I got charged for stuff I didn't want, I worked at a Dunkin for a while and this was appalling, I know how it is and they were definitely just doing nothing

I recently stopped by this cozy coffee shop and was blown away by the excellent service! Zach, the barista, was friendly, attentive, and crafted a fantastic latte. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to catch up on work or relax with friends. Highly recommend!" 5/5 stars
