Pulled into the drive thru waited 10 minutes and the line never moved try to go inside told me I needed online order to come in went out back in line waited 5 more minutes than gave up and left

I’m sorry I am never the type of person who gets upset about these type of things. I worked at arbys for 5 years as a shift manager. I understand you get busy i understand it’s overwhelming but you still can not talk to people the way this man talk to me at the speaker. He was a taller man he was on window on Saturday at 12ish around the time I went in. He said not even “hello” or “one moment please” I was told “give me a moment” okay understandable it was a busy time. I’m very patient I gave this man 7 minutes so he can take a “moment” i then asked “are you still here” his response was “I told you I need a moment” then I pull up to the window I added hash browns to my order with the points on the dunkin app when I put my coffee order in. Well I did not receive it. Then man asked me what I’m waiting for I tell him my hash browns he’s like well you didn’t order them. I said okay but then can I receive my points back if I’m not getting them walks away for a second comes back “ya i don’t know guess you’ll have to call” I just sped of at this moment. I don’t come to dunkin to be talk to how every the please to talk to their customers. Honestly it’s very disappointing seeing this as a fast worker in my pass.

The hash browns smelled meat or fish whatever. Trust this place would maintain veg and non veg separate. But disappointed. Had to trash both large hash browns. PatheticVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are stinking with meat or fish smell from the oil
