This used to be our favorite place .The female owner n is so sweet and awesome and works her tail off and will do anything for her customers and that is why we have been coming cor almost 15 years.. but after our last experience we won't be back..I called and spoke to a gentleman and asked the price difference between a medium and a larger 1 topping he had to put me on hold to figure it out after a few minutes he comes back tells me 12.99 and 17.99 I said OK I'll take a med 1 topping he says he can upgrade it to a large at no charge I said really he says yes I said ok.. I go to pick it up and ask the girl to check the price 17.99 I said no it was supposed to be 12.99 he over hears and jumps in and says no u asked for small I quoted u small I said no I said medium he continued to argue with me then said medium is 19.99 large is 17.99 and he was trying to save me money.. I said why is medium more than a large he said that is hiw it is there but he is willing to redo my bill so I can pay more I told him what he said on the phone he continued to argue and wanted to charge me higher if u want to pay more money that's fine I finally was the mature one and said fine I dont care I'll pay it knowing what u said as a owner trying to do all.. we got our order 100 dollars later ... took it home.. all of us got sick that night.. my son said the dough tasted wierd and my daughter said the wings had a strange taste to them and had a burned taste.. we won't be back ... if he is taking over for the sweet owner that was there and he wants to be mister know all and do all no wonder they can't keep people to work..

The pizza was sooo delicious, the soup and ravioli were both very good as well. Personal service was appreciated!! We drove from the Eastside and it was worth it. We recommend Fratello's.

Our table had the eggplant dinner, chicken alfredo and wings. Everything was piping hot and delicious. The wedding soup was like a hug from grandma! The eggplant fried to crispy perfection. We even got a pizza to take home for snacking later that night. Service was great. We will be going back😋

I had a small pizza with bacon and it was filling and great taste. The food was good. Their HVAC made us laugh, it turned on and I felt that a plane was about to land. The place is quaint and the servers are absolutely wonderful.

Ordered a large sausage, onion, green pepper pizza with extra cheese fir carry out. The pizza was done promptly and perfectly cooked. The crust was crispy on bottom with just the right amount of chew and not soggy. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The staff was very pleasant. Would highly recommend. Sorry no photo. The pizza was devoured as soon as the box was opened.
