Was one of my favorites until yesterday. Ordered it to go for New Year’s Eve. General Tso was not cooked all the way, and was cold in the middle. I WATCHED the lady at the counter, come into the lobby. She opened the freezer, pulled out my crab Rangoon’s BARE HANDED … Mind you, they weren’t wrapped . Just laying in a bowl. No gloves and no hand hygiene, just grabbed them out one by one … after just handling the phone and register. Fried rice had one piece of pork and two peas. Will not return. Everything tastes frozen.

I have ordered from here twice and was not impressed except for one thing.
First time I got the boneless ribs. They weren't terrible, just something was off with them.
My second order was the szechuan chicken. The menu says it's chicken and rice. What they don't tell you is they pack a bunch of vegetables in and you don't get hardly any chicken. Gross.
One redeeming think is you can get a 10 pack of Chinese donuts for under $6. Really nice for a snack.

Atmosphere got 3 stars because it’s not really an eat IN place. It’s geared for take out and delivery. The delivery IS FAST!!! I got my food within 14 mins today!! I only live a couple miles away but STILL.. and the food is ALWAYS GREAT!!! Crab cheese is fantastic. Chow Mein is great, Lo Mein is great!! Everything me or my son has got, we’ve loved. This is my go to Chinese take out HANDS DOWN!!!!

Served old chicken the dipped it back in hot grease. I payed a delivery fee as well as a drivers tip. Owner insisted that I bring back the food but would not refund my my tip and delivery fee. I will never order this again there trying to save money by selling old food the health department should get involved

Driver just dropped off my food. I paid cash. My total including the tip was $39.69. My boyfriend gave him $40. He proceeded to then follow my boyfriend upstairs wanting a tip. My boyfriend was put in an awkward spot and tipped him more. I’ve order from this place quite a few times in the past couple years since I moved into the neighborhood. Ive never had this happen. I won’t be ordering from there again.
I order here frequently. The food is fresh and quite good for Chinese takeout. Much better than other similar restaurants in the area. Highly recommended in you're in the Parma/Parma Hts. area.
