My wife and I have been to Lumpy's many times. We have always received friendly service, and have enjoyed everything we have ever ordered. Most recently, my wife loved their chocolate malt.
The place looks a little less fancy, but the ice cream is great, and there's a game room!! I've never had a bad time at Lumpy's.
Kid-friendliness: The game room has skee ball and several other games. It's not really big, but it's plenty of fun for the kids!

2 days after the tornado hit Parma/Parma Hts, this place opened its heart and its doors to the community and offered free food and ice cream to any and everyone!!!
The owner and his family were present and hand serving the masses of people!
