Don’t know what happened to this place used to be very good!! Ordered pizzas on Friday 09/12/2025 and pizzas were not even sliced! No big deal and then last night 09/19/2025 made the same order as always and both pizza made completely wrong! Called and spoke with store and they said do you want us to remake and it would be there in 40 minutes!! Long story short 1 1/2 later still no pizza called store and again was told give them 40 minutes and it would be there !! Well at midnight still no pizza and store is closed. Like I said this store has went downhill in the last year!! I work in retail also and if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business! It’s sad that when you call there and all they want to do is just void the order! If I wanted to void the order I wouldn’t have called back the second time.

Got my pizzas and opened them to one being incorrectly made so I called up and requested it be remade and delivered. I was told it would be about 30-45 minutes. I waited over an hour and a half with no pizza. I called up a second time and told the manager this time what happened and how I was waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza. I asked again if I could please get my pizza remade and redelivered. As of now I have been waiting over 4 hours from my original order time and 3 hours from the first call. I’ve been going to Marco’s for years now and this is unacceptable. I ordered pizza because I was hungry and now I’m hungry and mad.
Edit I never got my correct pizza delivered worst experience ever.
I place my orders online. I have not had any issues with any of the items being incorrect. Food has always been ready when promised. I'm very pleased with the staff and with this location. No complaints

Driver forgot to take the money and they tried to threaten me with a police report BECAUSE THEY FORGOT. Manager Amanda is a nasty person.

The girl work in the store is supper rude, the sorest experience ever, I ordered from DoorDash to be picked up by me, after arriving to the store she said that this order was picked up by DoorDash and as you see in the attached photo it shows that the order wasn’t picked up or even they made it and they supposed to close at 11:00 pm and I was there around 10:40 pm
With all disrespect I don’t have any order for you come tomorrow to the manager and complain

I've been coming to this Marcos for a few years and lately they've been terrible. The pizza to crust ratio is awful. For some reason they press out the dough so that the crust is huge and the actual pizza portion is small. And sometimes they press the pizza part so thin (and of course the crust is huge), it's like paper and you can't even pick it up. Tonight my pizza had MORE crust than pizza. It is not difficult to properly press out dough, it's so simple that a child can do it. It's such a shame because I love Marcos but this location somehow always finds a way to ruin it.
Edit: months later and still hasn't improved. Always way undercooked with huge gross crust. The pizza is so thin because they press all the dough out to the crust, so it tastes like your just eating a pile of goo with cartoonishly large crust
Greasy slop when you get one otherwise they forget to put the order in!

I placed an order thru the marcos web site for delivery a doordash driver took care of my order without my knowledge but it was missing an Item. When I reach out to the store basically the Manager told me that there nothing they could do that there are not responsible because it was a doordash driver. I told the manager How isn't the store problem when I order from the Marcos web site NOT thru Doordash? Very disappointing that a Manager couldn't have an answer to make sense for a customer when things like that happen, all i felt was her brushing the customer off and Having the customer go out of their way to get it fix or refunded. SMH!! Next time they should specify OR GIVE YOU AN OPTION on who would be taking care of the order .I also believe that Manager should be getting a better training on how to handle this type of situations.
Walked in at closing time, was using the tap to pay option- THERE SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING- was then told by the female manager & coworker Ryan to just get out, leave....they tried to keep my food after I ALREADY paid for it. Way to go as a manager tho!!! I will NEVER spend a dollar at ANY Marcos again. You need to check your employees & teach them how to be polite to customers. Honestly disgusting how they tried to flip the script like I yelled at them. AGAIN- not my fault your registers/card scanners don't work!!!!!

Used to be my go to for weekend pizza, sadly I consistently get ripped on the ranch sauce and it looks like this time I got two different pizza put together.
It's like they grabbed pieces from a medium and mixed it with pieces from an extra large.
