This place isn't actually 24/7 Thursday, Friday and Saturday as listed on multiple signs around the store. I was doing door dash last night (Friday) and I got an order for this location. I decided to order something for myself as well via the app and I used my points for one thing and paid for another. When I got there, although there were employees inside the store, they ignored me in the drive thru and when I went to the window to see what was going on, some rude woman shouted "we're closed" while she was rolling her eyes at me. I pointed to the 24/7 sign and she shouted again in a real rude and aggressive tone that they're closed. I understand this is McDonald's. I don't expect first class service. But I also don't expect to be talked to in any kind of way. If you hate your job so much, quit. Maybe get a work from home job where you don't have to be around people since clearly the presence of a person set this rude and disrespectful woman off. The funny part, she was dressed like she was a manager. This is who yall are hiring ?? I can only imagine how the rest of the staff is if that's how they are being led. I have yet to get my money back or my points and I had to cancel the door dash order for the customer so I didn't receive that money either. I got an additional 3 more orders from door dash to that location, even after I already reported the store closed during hours where they were supposed to be open. Yall gotta check your staff at 3am because one day this lady is gonna talk to the wrong person like that and more than a google review will happen.

I don’t know why we even bother with this location anymore. It’s consistently disappointing. Went through the drive through today and received much attitude by one of the employees. I was told in an extremely rude and condescending tone I was “holding up the drive through” when there was one person behind me because I didn’t know I had to give an app code while ordering. Got our food and the fries and nuggets were stale. Our deluxe sandwiches didn’t come with all the toppings they were supposed to come with. Overall, the quality at this location has greatly diminished over the years and we will not be returning. Save your money and go down the street at the other McDonald’s.
I just went in for a frape early in the morning and it took forever with Noone inside. I really went in just to use the bathroom but purchased a carmal Small. And that it was! It was good but I probably won't be returning

Trash. Supposedly their sales system isn't working. But I can show you my current mobile order for your address. Should have nothing to do with u ou frying french fries and putting meat on the grill for 30 seconds. Especially since the mobile app doesn't give refunds. GSAD.
