I called here several times over the past year and they didn't pick up the phone any time despite it being during their open hours, and the one time they did pick up, the guy on the phone made fun of me when I stuttered. Go to godmother's 2 minutes down the road for a 5 star experience.

Most times when I call they never answer. And when they do, they will tell you they are no longer taking orders for the night. In my opinion there is an issue with management. Which reflects the fact that they don't have enough employees to keep the place running properly. If you want success you need to fulfill orders and hire reliable employees. How these people are still in business is beyond me. I'm not longer considering going here anymore. You have lost a lot of valuable customers in the past few years, I hope you guys are aware of that. Because I'm not the only one with a similar story.

This place is my new fav when I visit Cleveland. Pizza sauce was really good. Lots of toppings and cheese. Antipasto salad was very good with extra dressing which was nice. They even threw in paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils. Even the delivery driver delivered my order with a smile on her face. 5?'s Will definitely order from them again. Keep up the great work?

Got home from a long vacation and called kind of late before closing. It was too late to take orders, however, he agreed to take my order as I mentioned being tired and really wanting Paisano's. I can't say enough about their service and quality of pizza. HIGHLY recommend.

Picked up some pies and a salad from here and sure glad I did, pizza was good sauce was good a little on the sweet side. The only thing it was a little greasy from the cheese no big deal though but the salad was kinda small but that won’t stop me from going back.
