Pizza was raw and doughy and was very nasty. I will never order from them. I called and they put me on hold for 18 minutes so I just hung up. Never again! I don’t recommend this store.

My experience at Pizza Hut was great! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out this time was the staff. They were super helpful, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was polite and had a smile on their face the whole time. Big thanks to them for the awesome service — definitely coming back again

Filthy. This place needs closed and deep cleaned. From the front door to the back, it's just filthy everywhere. Floors are so sticky in the lobby area, like why? I would never order from here. I'm just a door dasher observing this grossness.

I picked up my pizza with my friend, we go in and wait the pizza and then while leaving I was hit with a mockingly version of my name by some random Door dash driver begging to become a regular delivery driver there. Besides that the food was decent, you can tell they don't really care about making pizza and more the money. But the fact that this establishment allows such mortally incorrect rejects to hang around is enough for then to honestly close down and get a restart.

Disgusting...I ordered sausage,onion & mmushroom pizza..what did I get sausage, onion & black hair...im blonde...yikes what a food disaster...the pepporoni pizza came fine, donuts came fine & cinnabons fine...CALL the call center sends me to business no answer, call back call agents goes silent, call back again agent puts me on hold.....still waiting 15 minutes later....PIZZA HUT went downhill...sad...(be sure to blow picture up because the BLACK hair is there) I will have to reach out to BBB to get a resolution because this PIZZA HUT dont care. UPDATE: called Pizza hut next day because they would not answer. Guy told me I waited 12hrs to report yet explained they did not answer phone. Guy tells me that yeah we close at that time. Asked him for a refund he say no we DONT DO THAT, IT WILL BE STORE CREDIT.I said no I wont order again. I then said I filed BBB because the nasty hair, he said you will get store credit..we DONT GIVE REFUNDS..The only solution was to have new pizza delivered which I did..I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Guy then explains girl that works always wears a hairnet..explained I posted to reviews with hair & Im blonde..The only thing he could agree to was a new pizza. New pizza was fine but will be going elsewhere as there are tons & tons of PIZZA places to order from.

Ordered an individual pizza melt (chicken bacon parm) it was absolutely inedible. Nothing but ham fat. There’s NO WAY the employee didn’t notice this.

Too greasy and oily. Could have used a lot less oil on the crust. Every time we get pizza it's like that I don't know why. Otherwise it'll be better if you stop using so much oil.

Everytime I want to order pizza at Pizza Hut I get transformed to some island far far away. It rings about 100 times before someone answers. Then they put you on hold or say they need to transfer the call. I think that's what they said, I couldn't really understand them. Im sure That island far far away has something to do with it. Anyways I'm always on the phone waiting for someone to answer or just on hold and never get to order a pizza. I call back and the exact same thing happens, over and over again. I love Pizza Huts food but I can't order anything because their phones service totally sucks. So I always end up calling Domino's who I also like and order my $50 plus meal from them instead. Pizza Hut obviously doesn't want my business that I order every weekend and it's always $50 plus that I give to Domino's instead because Pizza Huts answering phone service really really really SUCKS. VIVA DOMINOS...
Got the heart pizza for Valentine’s Day and looked nothing like what was advertised. Tried calling to speak with a manager was placed on hold for over 35 minutes. Pizza was burnt and just crust, barely any toppings. Very disappointing that no one answered my call. Pizza Hut, do better.

Pizza was good, but lrder was missing it's cheesy bread. Called the store get transferred, and but on hold waiting for someone. It's now been 20 minutes listing to the same 1 minute loop of someone talking about their company's values.
I'll tell you company's got garbage values if you can even talk to a person about missing an item off your order. I haven't order from pizza hut in about 10 years. Looks like I'm not ordering from them again.
