Normally I don’t have many issues ordering from this location but the last few times I’ve ordered there has been an issue. Either the food takes too long, the driver never comes or the custom service is horrible. Most of the staff is rude and rushed a when trying to ask a simple question. I just recently ordered from this location and tried to pay in cash. They dispatched a door dash driver instead to drop off my order which is fine but DoorDash doesn’t carry change and I couldn’t receive my order after waiting 40 mins. I had to give the driver the order back. This is something that shouldn’t be offered when a customer is paying in cash to avoid these situations.

Aweful food, aweful service, they have a manager out delivering who doesn't know the difference between brights and non brights. Manager is disrespectful and a piece of poo driver. Needs to be safe taught how to drive and how to respect a possible and future customer. Will no longer get my business and I'm calling corporate.

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas waited over an hour, Contacted the store, got transferred to a call center who put me on hold forever, hung up called back, found out my order was just simply cancelled? thanks for making me wait almost 2 hours ! be helpful if I got an email or some notification but guess it is what it is.

Ordered a build your own pizza. I ordered extra cheese and got less than normal cheese. I called store three times and got hung up on all three times. Will never order pizza hut again. They are garbage!!!

I ordered $164.69 in pizza 3 days ago online and I never received any of my food. They took the money out of my bank account. You call the number and it is just a call center overseas. And they keep hanging up on me. The store is stealing people's money. I don't know if it's a scam but I would not order any pizza at all from this store. And Parma Heights, they physically stole my money. $164.68to be exact

When ordering on their app and asking for your pizza to be delivered at a certain time apparently means NOTHING. Barely any cheese on the pizza and the sauce was sweet which would be great if I ordered dessert but not on a pizza.
