This Subway on Pearl Road, informed me that they never accept coupons or honor any corporate specials. So any deals you see on line, on tv, or coupons received in the mail, you must find a different Subway location for discounts.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this needs to go noted somewhere. I usually order through the subway app and pick. Today I went in and ordered. Thank God I did because the lady working dropped the bread on the floor, picked it up and continued to cut my bread with it as if I didn't see what just happened. I said excuse me, did you just drop that knife and started to cut my bread with it? Oh well, yeah???? Um, excuse me? She then proceeded to change her gloves, get a new knife and bread and started over. But I made it perfectly clear, that is was gross and disturbing. I will not be going back to this location. I didn't get her name but the receipt Host ID # is LHNS4RZXM7D9DX25

Least amount of meat I've ever received on a cheesesteak at Subway in my entire life. It was bread and lettuce with what looked like a half portion of meat on a footlong. I did the BOGO online deal and others have commented that they cheat your meat portion if you use a BOGO offer or pay with a coupon. I can see it to be true in my experience. No other reason that you're required to mention a coupon before ordering unless they plan on reducing the portions.

Never ever again,I order this through uber eats which I rarely do,I specifically ordered from subway on engle rd which is right down street from me I don't have card or I would have picked up,anyways my order gets sent to parma hts pearl rd? 25 dollars 2 subs and bag of chips,driver gets to me my sandwiches are cold and saugy and had wrong flavor of chips,most importantly my subs were not sealed shut with the sticker and even the bag wasn't tied shut that's supposed be there standard letting customers know no one is touching there food looking through there order,I feel so damm violated, I called store both man and woman could barley speak English and kept giving me the runaround oh sorry nothing we can do blah blah blah ,then I call 800 customers service number total waste of time ⌚ can't get live opererator, stay away from this dump ,I'm calling all the local news stations and reporting this and urber eats knows better to accept orders that are not sealed

If you use a bogo expect half the meat on each or less. Don't participate in the BOGO offer unless you plan to do it properly. You give half the meat, you get half the stars. Shady business practices never end well.

Went in and was ordering a BMT with a coupon that Subway sent me in the mail and I was told sorry we do not honor our coupon that we sent you for your BMT but you're more than welcome to order something else that's not a BMT with that coupon. Yeah, Let me order what you want instead of what I want. How is this place still open with this type of business. Their service sucks, they don't honor their own coupons and they exclude what you can purchase at random. No wonder the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!!.Stay away from this restaurant it clearly is not interested in doing business, just pissing you off.

They have a sign at the counter that states "if you are using a coupon, you must let them know before you order". This tells me that they are going to provide less portions. Basically bait and switch.. I wonder if subway corporate knows about this?!? I don't use coupons, but this seems wrong to me and I won't be back.
