If you order food after 11pm or 10 pm you will most likely get sick

I’m not trying to sound like a Karen or even sound like I’m nagging but everytime I order from this Taco Bell vs another location this is the worst location I’ve ever ate at in my life it’s maybe acceptable in the morning . But after 4pm the staff just starts not caring . I’ve witness the staff not chnage the gloves after each order .

They will be touching their monitors with their gloves clearing their screens and also making the food and touching all the stuff like table tops , walking around with the same gloves on for so long . It’s honestly the most saftey hazard I’ve ever seen

Like does the Gm not train her employees ? That’s bad training , after every rush hour or anytime there’s a rush change ur gloves and especially after touching on a digital screen backk and forth .

None of that’s my point though that’s just the side nasty stuff I’ve seen , the employees could care less and the gm Julie used to care so much about the store , but it has just been falling apart in my opinion .

How hard is it to do the only job you’re there for … which is make my food good and the right way ??
Why get the job to do it so carelessly and recklessly - like if any of you people at Taco Bell that woor at this location see this , how would you feel if your went anywhere and Spent your hard earned money on some food just for it to almost make you sick ? How would you feel like to get some food and literally just not eat any of it or get sick cause it’s so bad …….you guys should be ashamed of how you treat people

Just wish this taco been wouof axtually make the food the right way instead of giving me old foood eveytime , LITERSLLYBEVEYTIJME UNLESS MORNING

It will never live up to the Taco Bell of the 80s, with real corn nachos, and all of the food fully prepped in the store (when nothing came in bags). But it's still my go-to fast food joint.

Drive thru orders are wrong 80% of the time. The staff are nice, but doesn't make up for the fact that waiting for a drive thru order usually takes 10-20 minutes for food to be ready. Perfect spot cause it's local. Do not recommend .

I ordered a burrito with guacamole. When I first took a bite I thought they forgot the guac but it was actually at the very bottom of the burrito. There was only the tiniest bit of it too. Not even a spoonful. The nacho fries for whatever reason tasted like shrimp and they forgot my fiesta potatoes.

Past 3 times I’ve gone my order was done exactly correct and the servers weren’t just standing around. They moved with purpose.
I was picking up for three of us from work, so getting in and out quickly is important.

Sitting in the drive thru i was told to wait to place my order. This night it was snowing really bad so I rolled my window. After a 10-12 min wait. I said hello. Thr person says she called 500x. I informed her I didn't hear her because i have been waiting to place my order and it's snowing in my car. She replies well not my problem you shouldn't have the window up. Very nasty attitude and unprofessional. I said whatever you have a smart mouth. She says I'm not serving you. Totally fine as I wouldn't trust her to serve my dog. I asked for her name which is Izzy. She reports she is the general manager. I advised I will be reporting this incident. This is the second time I have had problems with her. She really needs more training on working with the public and professionalism. This behavior is not ok and can't possibly represent the company.

When my late night pregnancy cravings hit this is my go to place!! My order is always perfect & fresh, the workers are so nice and polite, and they are FAST! All the other taco bell’s will charge me for supreme and never actually give me a supreme.. this one is the only one that hasn’t messed up my food! Love their night team, give those ladies a raise!!!

Waited 45min for food in dining room with 0 communication. Actively being ignored and berated when I finally got someone's attention. Food was terrible, and prices have doubled in less than a year. Awful location.
