Best Taco Bell in the city. Good friendly staff..always quick.food quality is always great. There's a weird dude with a big ego that works there..he's kind of annoying but man he can put out orders and you can tell he takes pride..so he's cool. The only Taco Bell I'll pick up after 9pm. Miles ahead of all the pathetic factorys of misery that most Taco Bells are.

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in the area, I’ve been here many times and I place bigger orders and rarely is anything missing or messed up. I’ve gone late night and during the day and the service is fast and the cashiers are friendly. Hard to find in fast food.

Me and my wife decided we wanted a quick meal, so we came to this taco bell.. What a mistake. The order taker in the drive thru was rude, every time we asked if they had anything we were rudely told no. Once we finally got our food, in what seemed like forever for there being 1 car ahead of us. The food was stale, cold. and inedible. they couldnt even get the order right in the first place. I order some food right after work from DoorDash .
I get the food
No napkins . None of the sauce I ordered . No silverware to even eat the food I got .
Okay so I see all that and notice they basically gave me nothing not even a straw nothing .
I take a look at the food to go eat it , all old food Old pinto and cheese that they let sit for hours , it was literaly stale
They don’t use the correct boxes for meals or orders they just throw it all in the bag
Also if you get a dorito taco forget it unless you want a soggy taco stuck to the wrappers …. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen There tacos are literaly glued and peeling with the wrappers , instead of putting it in the correct taco box no , they are to slow and lazy to do that so they give you old foood and don’t use any of the proper procedures to even work here . I’ve called this location multiple times trying to ask them to fix there nasty restaurant which they let the food sit for hours and workers with no gloves and also cross contamination everything . Literacy have videos of the food makers grabbing everything in the restaurant with the same gloves . Even seen somone cash somone out . Disgusting !!!!!
Why have training videos on how to work at this location if they don’t even put on gloves or hair nets .
I’ve went through drive trough multiple times , each time is a diffent scene so times they will randomly close. The whole Taco Bell and all be smoking outside or all of them will be sitting in the lobby with doors locked at night all smoking
I’ve taken pictures of multiple crew workers without gloves also so unsanitary no hair nets also
They do nothing by the rules here this place is absolutely disgusting the managers Jason and gm julie also don’t care how they run there restaurant

This Taco Bell is always on point and the staff at this location is amazing. I come here at nights and they’re always smiling and have great attitudes. Food is always amazing. I’m going to keep coming back. That night manager is wonderful and knows what she’s doing when it comes to running a food restaurant. Thank you guys for keeping me fed and happy 😊

If you order food after 11pm or 10 pm you will most likely get sick
I’m not trying to sound like a Karen or even sound like I’m nagging but everytime I order from this Taco Bell vs another location this is the worst location I’ve ever ate at in my life it’s maybe acceptable in the morning . But after 4pm the staff just starts not caring . I’ve witness the staff not chnage the gloves after each order .
They will be touching their monitors with their gloves clearing their screens and also making the food and touching all the stuff like table tops , walking around with the same gloves on for so long . It’s honestly the most saftey hazard I’ve ever seen
Like does the Gm not train her employees ? That’s bad training , after every rush hour or anytime there’s a rush change ur gloves and especially after touching on a digital screen backk and forth .
None of that’s my point though that’s just the side nasty stuff I’ve seen , the employees could care less and the gm Julie used to care so much about the store , but it has just been falling apart in my opinion .
How hard is it to do the only job you’re there for … which is make my food good and the right way ?? It will never live up to the Taco Bell of the 80s, with real corn nachos, and all of the food fully prepped in the store (when nothing came in bags). But it's still my go-to fast food joint.
I'm really sad that Taco Bell has downsized their food. I remember a day when a burrito would be enough to fill me up. Now a burrito is half the size it used to be. What happened?

Drive thru orders are wrong 80% of the time. The staff are nice, but doesn't make up for the fact that waiting for a drive thru order usually takes 10-20 minutes for food to be ready. Perfect spot cause it's local. Do not recommend .
