I went inside to order 3 large chili's and it took 20 mins to get my order and there was only 1 person in front of me. Also I was told that if I want to pay cash I had to have the exact amount because they were out of change or I could use a card to pay. What kind of manager let's them run out of change 😡
I was there 2 weeks ago and ordered a baconator and was told if I wanted to pay cash I had to go thru the drive thru because they couldn't get the cash drawer open FREAKIN REALLY. if they don't get a new manager/help this store will be closing for sure. So sad because it use to be so good.

The cheese is moldy. They refuse to give me my money back for the stinky salad. Instead, they gave me another salad which was worse.

The manager was screaming and swearing at the employees- utterly unprofessional! I felt so bad for the employees, as they were doing their very best while the manager stood there doing nothing except yelling. Won't be going back any time soon.

Edit: One week after I posted the above... I have not heard from the location or company to follow up on my review. HORRIBLE. I will now never go back to any Wendy's because clearly they do not care about their customers. SHAME ON YOU, WENDY'S!!

Out here, serving moldy food, hot salads, and not even putting all of the food ordered into a bag I go to get a refund or even just my food remade and you just sit there and yell at me nah my guy y’all about to be getting the health inspector called. What a joke you are, why do all these places insist on putting rude assholes as their managers. Make it make sense.

Ordered Taco Salad and it's missing both major ingredients - hearty chili and creamy salsa dressing. Pretty irritated about this. Not sure how you mess this up. Called about issue. No apology. Called me bro. (Eyeroll) Just excuses and displacing accountability onto someone else. I have aneumonia and was looking forward to getting a hearty salad in me. Several years ago they also gave me food poisoning and the board of health investigated.

My roommate just picked up food from here, and they had him wait for a new batch of fries. We only live a couple of minutes from this place, and when he got home, the fries were hard and cold. Not to mention our burger and chicken sandwich were also cold. Like did they store these in the freezer? We have never had an issue with any other Wendy's but this place is incompetent. They didn't even give us straws. I do not recommend anyone to go to this Wendy's. The worst service I have ever experienced and this is not the first time. It's been a year since we stopped going there. We thought maybe they got better staff but we were wrong. Never again.

There is a middle-aged woman wearing a bandana scarf on her head, she looks like she just rolled out of a pile of dirt. Very very sloppy looking. Worse yet, she had the worst attitude. While waiting in line, I watched her being overwhelmed and really nasty to her co-workers. She was rude to the guy infront of me and ofcourse me too. Horrible horrible horrible. Furthermore, the store bathroom is filthy and the kitchen back area looks very dirty. Where the hell is the health department. I wouldn't order anything here. I risked ordering a frosty because I know they clean that every night. Or at least they're supposed to. God only knows if they even do that, the place looks disgusting! I thought I was in a third world country

43 minute wait. Their dining room was a mess. The manager seemed very disorganized, shuttling about barking out how everyone needed to clean before they left for the night - it was 6:30. I would have thought she would have worked the kitchen or filled orders and worried about cleaning later.

What a rip off for the krabby patty meal it’s a cheeseburger medium fry and small frosty for 11.19 should be 8 bucks at most.

I love Wendy's but this specific location is very poorly operated. Slowest drive through experience every single time I go, can expect to wait 15 minutes if more than a couple cars. Today a worker told me to order then stopped answering, when I asked if they could hear me they replied in a very rude tone that they'd be with me in a minute (as if they hadn't just told me to order). Food is fine, but a terribly inefficient system going on behind the counter.
