Our Memorial Day dinner at Paradise Biryani was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We came in as a large group, expecting to enjoy a meal together, but were met with hostility and zero effort to accommodate us. Instead of helping us find seating, the staff acted like we were a burden.
The worst part? One short lady working there raised her voice at us and started a full-blown argument in front of everyone. It was loud, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. We were shocked by how disrespectfully we were treated.
To make it even more outrageous, we heard staff speaking in another language and laughing—clearly making rude comments about us behind our backs. That kind of behavior is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable in any restaurant.
This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service, respect, or basic decency. I will never step foot in this restaurant again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid it too. Paradise Biryani? More like a nightmare.

Food was great, service not so much and it definitely did not feel as though we were welcomed there. We would try to get someone's attention and get ignored. While the tables on either side of us didn't have to say a word to get waited upon. Most of the staff looked like robots with no expression there was one gentleman that would atleast smile but he was the only one.

Worst customer experience. These guys talk in Telugu when customer is speaking and disrespect them as if the customer coming here is cheap. They charge graduity 20 percent and tell customer that don't share the food in different tables as if they think we do that. Never faced this kind of attitude of the workers in my entire stay in USA. This rating is just for the servers behavior.. I don't have zero star.

Ordered a full size deep tray of mutton biryani , which was picked up at 3:30 pm and when we had dinner at 9:30pm at night, the biryani was smelling of old wasted fried oil and nobody was able to eat the food, it was all trashed. On opening the container when the foul smell came and we called up Paradise Biryani Pointe (Parma), they told that they are connecting to the manager, but it was being sent to offshore and nobody connected or gave us a call back. We kept a sample of the food and took to the restaurant and the manager there called the owner ( Rahul) , and the owner gave lame excuses abut keeping the food warm and other things!! Horrible experience !! By a happy customer 😟 In the past we had always ordered from here, but now we cannot trust it any more!!

I’ve ordered the karapodi chicken starter multiple times and specifically requested it to be crispy each time—but it’s always disappointing. This time, I asked three times for it to be made crispy, yet it still arrived the same as before. Really frustrating that such a simple request keeps being ignored.

Came here with a friend and ordered two dishes. The tandoori chicken came out quickly but the chicken Tikka took about an hour or more to come out. We reminded the waiter twice and both times he said he would check on it. We were some of the first people to arrive and watched new people come in and get their food while we waited. Not sure what was going on. The waiter did apologize quickly once but did not offer anthing for our trouble. He also never checked on us and I had to call to him as he walked past to get his attention. The portions were also not great for the price. The tandoori chicken was only two pieces even though it shows four on the menu picture. The chicken Tikka barely had any chicken in it although the sauce was delicious. The food was great and high quality but I will probably not be returning for dine in because of the poor service.

Enjoyed the food at this Biryani place! The biryani was super tasty with just the right amount of spice, and the portions were more than enough. The staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We also tried some chicken appetisers — everything was delicious. Chicken majestics ,my personal favourite . Definitely a great spot for good Indian food. I’ll definitely recommend this place !

Really enjoyed my meal here! The dosa was fantastic – perfectly crispy and flavorful. The biryani was decent, but the chili chicken was outstanding; perfectly spiced and cooked just right. The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!
Food is always good (love the paneer tikka), it’s a little more the spicier side. Service is fast and it is usually not crowded. It’s clean as well.
