When we arrived, no food so we re-ordered and paid with a new credit card, but at a lower price ($8 less, why??). Discovered the on-line order was charged to Card No. 1 anyway. Went back a couple of days later and after spending 1/2 hr trying to sort out this mishap, corporate office promised to refund credit card No. 2 (the cheaper charge of course). Waited a month...didn't happen. Two mediocre pizzas for $80!!!! Antonio's has lost us as customers for life.

Had someone driver at my location, so I know it’s possible. I have tried multiples stores in the area and this would have been the closest one (3.1 miles away from location), so I know it wasn’t a different store who delivered. Called because the app wasn’t working and it seemed like the online wouldn’t work either. Was told they don’t deliver past 5 miles (even tho it’s 3.1 miles away from the location) because they don’t want to go into Cleveland? Never met anyplace that refuses to deliver so close. 12 minutes. 4.6 miles. I can’t leave work to pick it up myself, otherwise I would.

Since my last review I have made it a 5 star versus a 4. Pizza has always been the best! Always very consistent which is hard to find these days. I was disappointed last time with the poppyseed dressing but they made it thicker which brought it up a notch to 5 stars. Thank you Antonio's. And yes that pepperoni salad is our favorite. Give it a try, you'll love it!!!

First time ordering from here was on Superbowl Sunday. Placed order by 4pm to avoid the rush and long wait. The food was all good and the wait was not that long. Ordered two pizzas, Bacon Cheedar Jalapeno nuggets, and cheesy Freddie Bread. I knocked off one star only because they forgot the ranch I requested for the cheesy bread and my one pizza was really sloppy with cheese and toppings all over one side and off the pizza a bit. Kinda looked like it was dropped or held sidways. Otherwise everything was pretty good. Prices are a bit high too but where are they not these days? All in all I would go here again.

I did a DoorDash order here and I waited almost an hr for one pizza while they sat around and ate and vaped indoors!!!!! I don’t even wanna give my customer this food. Then not washing hands after vaping and eating. I’m so beyond upset and offended with their terrible attitudes.

I ordered the breadsticks. It said it would take 25 minutes. I arrived, and NY breadsticks were cold. There was also none of that good salt they used to put on. I received cold, plain breadsticks. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Ordered pizza online for pickup and when I got it home it was made wrong. Ordered the portobello Palermo and the ticket said NO PORTOBELLONO ONIONSSo called the store back and was like 'Why would I order a mushroom pizza and say no mushrooms????'The lady who answered the phone tried to explain that their online system sometimes gets rid of toppings for no reason so they usually add them anyways, but there were new people in the kitchen. Which yeah okay I get that but when she put the (I'm assuming) the manager on he was all 'well what if someone did order a mushroom pizza with no mushrooms and we add them and they call and complain that they didn't want them?'To which I was like 'who would do that? I just want the pizza I ordered'So he said a new pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. But it was kinda like 'yeah I'll make your pizza...buy I don't want to...'
I always get pizza from here and it's always amazing...today they made a little mistake but were SUPER QUICK to fix that mistake...I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service from the man who was working!! We're humans we all make mistakes thank you so much see you again soon.

Would've given five stars across the board, but when I got home too eat my pizza I noticed there wasn't hardly any anchovies on my pizza. Plus the charge of toppings is ridiculous. I haven't been there in over a year and they're still my favorite pizzeria. I'll be sure to mention it whenever I return to buy another one of their award winning pizza's. Till then. Chow

I've tried to eat here twice, both unsuccessfully. About a year ago I arrived about an hour before close and there were no signs of an employee available to take my order for a few minutes, so I left and went to the parmatown location. The other time I called at 9:41 and they said they already had everything shut down and closed up, no more pick-up orders for a single pizza. Antonio's is good, but this location needs help.

I made a mobile order for 830 pm as that is when my girlfriend would be home from work. At 715pm I received a call that my pizza is here, I informed the driver my order is for 830. He tried to convince me to take it at that time and threw a fit that he had to return at 830. I called to the store to inform them and ask for my pizza to be remade at time of my delivery at 830 I was told it would all be remade. I received my delivery around 845pm and opened the box to the driest and hardest pizza ever. I worked in the pizza industry and can tell pizza was not remade and just thrown into the oven to warm up by the way the cheese looked and the hardness of the pizza. Also the pizza had no sauce. I called for a manager and she basically told me I was lying and that she is the one who remade the pizza and that that she can’t give a refund. This is the worst pizza buying experience I have ever had and will never return here. 1 star is too high of a rating. Very rude, unprofessional and serve horrible food.
