Amazingly delicious! I crave Au Jus all the time! The Chicago beef is so delicious, tender, and juicy on their fresh bread. The portion size is massive, a large is like eating a Nerf football! On top of this the owner and staff is super friendly and welcoming! Make sure you pay attention how spotless this great place is. I’d recommend you try it, you won’t be disappointed!

DAMN! so darn good. We went for lunch and stumbled on this place. What a great find for an awesome sandwich! Nice place with great food. Never had an au jus that was sooo flavorful, and the bread was phenomenal. Had the regular beef sandwich with provolone and sweet peppers. BOOM! so good. Glad we found this place. I even dirtied up my work shirt! So worth it!

Just searched for a place in Parma to get some food and ran across this little gem. Glad I did. I’ve gotta say that was absolutely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! I got the Italian roast beef sandwich- I ate half for lunch and had the other half for dinner only because it was so huge. And, an excellent price at that!

This is the real deal as Jacob knows Chicago Italian beef better than anyone in northeast ohio, his wife and him brought these recipes from Chicago and you must try it, as a matter of fact I don't believe anyone in Ohio has Italian beef like AuJus in Parma.
