I've eaten at just about every BBQ restaurant in NE Ohio. This place has some of the best. The rack of ribs was a legitimate full rack just like you would see in the store. Not 8 bones, or 10 bones, or two half racks from the same side of the slab... It was a full slab end to end and they were great. The brisket was seasoned and cooked perfectly.
