Spent nearly 50 dollars. My six corn breads were crumbs. All destroyed. That heavy girl at the window was so rude. Long line. This was done purposely bc I wasn’t happy about them being out of whole chicken so this is what they did all I said was just give me two halves thats the same thing. Next time I come and you do this go outside and check your tires people. They may be flat. Totally unprofessional and rude.

I was having an issue with my order but got in contact with one of the current managers Chris he did a great job of clearly communicating what he could do to help my current situation and was very professional in getting my issue resolved 10/10 although I had an issue with my order talking with him definitely helped get the situation resolved.

My cilantro rice was COLD and crunchy. Was not cooked enough for sure. Meatloaf dry and cold also. 1st time I've been there in years and went through the drive through. So disappointed. However the person taking my order was very friendly. This was in 4/6 around 8pm. Don't know if it matters because it was later.

I came here today to get the New Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and let me tell you it was disappointing. The bun was twice the size of the piece of chicken for both me and my dad. Also the bun was cold and the chicken was slightly warm. My homemade Nashville chicken was hotter than their sauce so. I've seen reviews on the internet and they looked sooooo much better at other locations so I wouldn't come here if you want to try it. Only that was good was the Nashville sauce because it gave the dry and huge bun some flavor. Never coming to this location. Never even posted a Yelp review until now this was so disappointing. Oh and also it was 8.70 for a 3 dollar looking sandwich Here's what my dad has to say. The new Nashville hot chicken was edible to put it politely. The bun was 5 times bigger than the chicken The bun was also ice cold . The chicken was thin dried-up and wack. The heat was mild . Overall one of the worst chicken sandwiches in the chicken wars. Would not recommend at all unless u are starving and nothing else is open during the apocalypse

walked in and store felt cold. ordered chicken. the chicken and veg were cold.the inside of store never warmed up. coud not wait to get out of there. what happened to boston market.??? very poor experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on Thanksgiving Day. We had to wait an hour to pick up pre-ordered heat and serve food because they didn't pre-pack it. People who came in for hot food went in and out within minutes. When the line started to ask for a manager and for some service- she was very rude.The food was good - no problem there, but TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE HOUR WAIT!

If there is more than one person ahead of you, expect to wait in the drive through for 20 plus minutes. It must be very difficult to scoop premise food into containers
